Billy C.This company just robbed me. First they no-showed, then after calling them back they finally showed up two hours late. Then they were here for less than 10 minutes, they didn't repair anything, and they charged me $200. I have never in my entire life experienced a worse company than this one. I am honestly shocked that they are even in business.
Update:
They are still telling me they are fully justified in charging me $200 for doing literally nothing. They are illegally double-dipping by charging me a "Service Fee" on top of "Labor" for the same thing, which was standing in my laundry room and asking me if the propane level was low. Apparently, they consider that labor. Again, they didn't change anything, fix anything, install anything, test any parts, they literally did NOTHING.
