Eugene D.Most disappointing. An appointment was set of Friday between 1:30 and 2:30pm. No one came. When we called the company (at 4pm) we were told someone was to be on the way; that he'd check up on the whereabouts of the service tech and call us back. After one hour and fifiteen minutes there was no call When I called the company, I got a voicemail saying the mailbox was full.
Needless to say, this was unprofessional and we will never use this company again. If this is typical behavior on the part of this company, I say: ""Beware""!
