called to get windows installation estimate and never picked up the phone. then after 1am they return the call and hunged on me they woke me up which is very rude and ridiculous to be calling back after midnight im taking my business else where

I had somebody come out and look at the work that needs to be done. He said he would send me an estimate via e-mail and at that time I would need send him $75 for the estimate. That was last week and I haven't heard from him again.

Marco responded to a request for quote very quickly and showed up on time to take measurements and gather information on the quote which he gave in a timly manor. The problem was that the measurements were fairly crude and not very precise and the estimate for materials was way more than we needed. His quote turned out to be well above the competitive quotes we received. In fact his quote for labor alone was more than the competitive quotes we received which also included labor and materials. I can't speak for the quality of his work as we did not choose Marco for the job due to the high labor charge.

Marco responded quickly to our request for a quote. His pricing is fair, and he does excellent work. We asked him to complete a DIY tile job that was delayed by illness plus some drywall repair and a door repair. He came the next morning to view the projects and started a few days later. Everything was completed promptly and the workspace was left clean at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the results and have already requested a quote on another project.

I had a problem with a swamp cooler. The hardest thing about getting it fixed was connecting with the right person. People are busy and sometimes either don't return calls or never show up. Marco was Very professional, honest and showed up on time. Great communications and accepts various forms of payment. Highly recommended.
