I am quite pleased with this plumbing company, which was recommended to me by a friend of mine in the construction industry. This is my second plumbing experience in 2014, this time to replace a disposal that I had irrecoverably jammed with a small metal part. I took the opportunity to upgrade the disposal, and I was very satisfied with the pricing and service. Another plumbing company I had used in the past had shown me a price list with disposals and I recall thinking how high they were. By comparison, Meistad pricing was very reasonable - what I would expect to pay for parts plus labor. Additionally, the call center was friendly and helpful -- my agent researched pricing and options for me on my requested upgrade, and was prompt and courteous in getting back to me with her list of recommended choices and setting up the appointment. And the price was exactly what they quoted, no bait and switch and not add-ons. This will be my go-to plumber in the future.
