I had a plugged sink and problems with a showerhead. Even though Martin was busy, he came out the same day we spoke. He fixed the sink, diagnosed the showerhead problem, and adjusted the shower temperature valve (wasn't getting hot enough). All done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

Great response time -- next day, and it was NOT an emergency. He knew what the problem was right away even though he doesn't see it often. He had the part he needed and fixed the problem in fifteen minutes. The charge for labor was for the time it took and not for a whole hour. He called to let us know they could come earlier than expected. We will use them again!

This business is great! First off, they arrived on time, worked with us on timing because they had to arrive early morning to remove our kitchen sink and plumbing and then come back in the afternoon after the counters were in to install a new sink. It was great to be able to text with them. They worked efficiently and effectively. We didn't initially get a quote for a garbage disposal install, but added it on last minute. In the end, they charged us over $100 less than they quoted. Great work! Friendly and polite staff! 100% recommend them! Thank you for the great service.

In real estate, I work with many plumbers and have a good fortune of working with some very good ones. I wish I could say the same for Martin, but at present I've been left holding the bag for damages to a job site that occurred during his watch. What amounted to a fairly simple job turned into a problem that flooded three rooms and cause me to have carpet and padding replaced for my client whose condo I am trying to sell. Martin initially said he would take care of the bill, but after repeated attempts he has left me covering the cost myself which is extremely disappointing. Others have used him say he is good, but in my business integrity go along way and I am extremely disappointed with this company.
