Miguel stopped by and replaced two angle stops and two toilets for me and did a great job! He was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. This is my go-to company since they first rescued me from a plumbing emergency ona Sunday night where Luis and his tiger team had to get on the roof of my condominum building to shut off the hot water. They dealt with rusted pipes that wouldn't allow the water to be shut off and even installed a valve for me to control it from my condo. I love these guys. I can't say enough good things about them.

I received a quick response by email from Luis and he immediately dispatched technician Frank to repair the clogged drain from our kitchen sink. He was very respectful when entering our home and due to COVID19 protocols he was wearing a mask, covered his feet with protective disposable footwear and took care of the problem. As promised from their quote, the charge was very reasonable and accurate. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had overflowing toilets on none other than Christmas Day- I called Mega Rooter and they were at our house within an hour. They were polite, kind, careful, and full of holiday cheer. They committed to staying on site until the job was done, explaining all the issues- and the cost (which was completely reasonable and no surcharge for Christmas). We couldn't be happier! Although it's a bummer this all happened on Christmas, we feel lucky that we now we have a reliable plumber to call. Thank you Alex and Jesus in particular.

On Christmas Eve my toilets were flushing extremely slowly and we were just 30 minutes from having a company come over. I called Mega Rooter and they had someone over within an hour to snake the line and get my system working again. Never had to deal with a plumbing service before but today I tried snaking a drain and it just wasn't working out. Jesus and Luis came in and treated it like it was their own home. Since the problem was so bad it took a few hours all the way into the dark but they stayed and made sure the job was finished. Honestly, some of the best and most professional service I've ever had 10/10 recommend! And they left everything spotless!
