Jose and Tony came through for me big time! I had my usual drain company scheduled for an early morning job in a Saturday, or so I thought.

Turns out I wasn't able to get service until later in the day. That wasn't going to work.

I called Mega Rooter Plumbing since I see their vans all over and they did not disappoint. Text message updates on when they're on the way was helpful and they were professional and knew what they were doing. The price was fair as well.

had a plumbing issue that turned into a big project, sewer line needed to be replace. Mega Rooter was extremely professional, I loved that they texted me when they were to arrive and also if they were running late. In the days of having workers not show up this was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very professional and they replaced everything like it was new. They even cleaned up after themselves every day. I am picky and I would highly recommend them.

The pipes for my sprinkler system busted and was spewing water from the front of the house all the way to the sidewalk. I couldn't get the water to shut off But Luis got to my house so fast and fixed the problem that night! It was nice to know that I was going to bed with running water and piece of mind. Even the call center lady was super nice. What a great team.

Mega Rooter Plumbing is fabulous!! They responded to my request within a few minutes. They came out the very next morning to see the issue. They are professional, trustworthy and they don't try to screw you by telling you that you need all of this extra stuff which you don't. Very honest and they do quality work. The entire Mega Rooter team was fantastic. We had a major backup in our plumbing that started in the kitchen and caused our tub on the other side of the wall to backup with water. Turned out that the pipes were original to the house (60+ years old) and there was so much build up that the opening for water to flow was less than a half-inch in diameter. We ended up replacing all of the bathroom plumbing and during the project the tech noticed moisture behind the wall, which required more work but needed to be done (that part was, thankfully, covered by insurance). All in all a very good experience with Mega Rooter. They were very upfront with what the situation was, were tireless in running down the problems, and moved quickly to help us get the pipes replaced. Will definitely use them again should we ever need to.

I don't normally leave reviews, but it needed to say how great Frank is. I have been dealing with a leak for over a week, which our maintenance guy was not able to fix over a 7 day span. He came to check out a leak in my neighbors apartment. Frank came in an immediately identified the leak in our attic and fixed it very quickly. I wish they would have called him 7 days ago! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was fun to chat with once the job was done. Frank is a great man that deserves a raise! You are lucky to have him on your team.

Very reliable and these people did not overcharge. We had a broken mechanism with our toilet and water billed shot up to $500 last week.. they explained everything in clear detail and the work was done within a couple of hours.
