Wow. Called Rooter MD for a quote and Mega Rooter was at least $100 less! Thomas came out yesterday, quickly diagnosed the issue, snaked my basement storm/sewage line and solved the issue. He even uncapped the cleanout a second time to test to make sure he was seeing water flowing toward the street. He also gave me some tips on finishing my basement, as far as where to place toilets/sinks in relation to the cleanouts. OUTSTANDING company. Larry was super responsive. I texted him New Years Eve and he replied and set up the appt for day after New Years Day. Super affordable, very professional and quality workmanship! Call these guys if you have a plumbing issue.

We have had people from MR not show up, so in the interest of helping you decide which business to hire, that's definitely something to consider. However...RICH IS THE MAN!!! Price was $1k less than other companies, very respectful and on time, follow up phone call to make sure everything was going well. My mom said she wishes this guy could be in our family haha. Took care of extra little things without being asked - totally above and beyond expectations. We have had so many problems with people not showing up..I will say that another employee from the same company didn't show up 3+ times. Very, very frustrating. But Rich was so amazing that I'll still give five stars (!!!)

Only reason I did not give a five star was because it was not life or death situation. But close enough. Called on a Sunday and a cold and windy one at that. JESUS came out assessed the situation and got to work. Jesus asked what we thought and then did it the right way. Being a Sunday all the men from the complex were following him around like a bunch of little dukes quacking their mmm OUR opinions every few minutes. Jesus did great from a customer service point of view and that was only outdone by his good natured professionalism. I will recommend Mega Rooter to both my residential and commercial friends. Good price, timely and just good people to do business with. Mega Rooter.. thanks from all from the Lexington property 1100 block.

Been having drain problems, had somebody out earlier this week and seem to fix my problems and they came back three days later. I was referred to mega router and I'm very happy I spoke with Larry on the telephone and he sent out Jared. Jared cabled my problem, it seemed fixed and he made sure by running a camera in the drain and I got to view that all the way to the city sewer.
I was so happy that I had him do our rental properties that I own in the city and they did that today and I can't say enough good things about Larry and his team.

These guys did a really tough job for me replacing my stack drain pipe. They had some crazy obstacles but made it work and did a great did. They are also very good on pricing compared to their competitors. These are truly a busy group of guys so if they run late try not to break their backs. This type of work is not easy and they do jobs back to back.
