Recommended Customer Reviews

The technicians that came out for a service call last Friday at our residence were very professional and friendly. However, I am compelled to let others know the obscene pricing that we were charged for a non emergent and simple fix. For roughly $6-8 of PVC piping and 1.5 hours of work, they charged us $649.68 - $113.75 of which was for a difficultly/limited access for a spigot in a walkway in the front yard under about 4 inches of dirt. We have submitted a review through their automated system and will update if we hear back.

Update: Andy, from Meetze, reached out to us today. I have to give him a lot of credit for following up. He said that he would refund our service fee. Additionally, he said that he will ensure that the rep that came to our house will be upset to know that he missed something and will take it personally. I hope so because that will make him better. That said, I don't think their pricing will change. Large company, lots of employees, benefits, taxes, etc...do not add up to the economy of scale by which so many companies have been able to grow. But again, thank you, Andy, for having the professionalism and courtesy to reach out after reading these reviews.

Toilet need replacing. It was completed on the same day very efficiently. Tired to tip the plumber and he wouldn't accept it. Would definitely recommend.

This company charged and 85 year old widow $411 to replace a water spigot. It took 30 minutes of time. They told us that it is normal to charge over $400 dollars for this repair. The part can easily be obtained from Home Depot or Lowe's for about $15.

I understand COVID is a problem.. but it's been 3 months since they have ordered a handle for my toilet. I've inquired twice for an update and assured they would call back and I've never heard from them..I'm annoyed they have charged me for the entire job completion so they have their money as if they have done the job.. I just would have appreciated an update.

All I can say about these folks is they lie and their quoted rates are way out of line.

Wow! These guys are comfortable charging a lot of money. Maybe it's their pricing model, but $437 for a leaky shower is nearly insane. Now that they've cleared my service fee check, I see they're not even a local company. They are part of some large Kentucky holding mega Plumbing business! Who needs this at all? They could have used the uploaded video to diagnose the problem, but they wanted to charge the $49 service fee, and have the opportunity to look for problems with the hot water heater. If we want to avoid runaway inflation, consumers need to push back against pricing that does not reflect value. These prices reflect the fact that they deal with people who are desperate or totally out of touch with the working class, not with the value of the services that they deliver.

I requested service because my bathroom sink was leaking. Zach Cobb was dispatched and quickly found that the source was a failure of the pop-up drain. What impressed me most was that he then checked every sink, shower, toilet, tankless water heater and tub to ensure they were in good working order. He even checked the well and the input into the house. He then replaced the failed drain. He was thorough and professional and I am confident that my plumbing system is in good shape. Thank you Zach!!

Awesome service! Had a rather urgent issue on a Saturday (and holiday weekend) and had never used them before. They arrived very quickly. Will definitely use in future.

I called because my master bathroom toilet was leaking. It was leaking from the shut off valve and in the tank I thought something was wrong as well. So a technician comes out and checks things out. A $49 service charge to come out. I got 3 quotes. 1 single issue quote for just the shut off valve @ $369 to fix. 2 a minor issue in the tank and shut off valve @ $1600 to fix and 3 a major repair: a complete new toilet of a total cost of $2800!!!. Absolutely ridiculous. Had a plumber come out for a second opinion and there was nothing really wrong other than a new shut off valve and stabilizing the toilet. Cost $100. So you see they are a rip off company, trying to get way more than you bargain for. DO NEVER CALL THEM!! And btw the 2nd plumber never charged a service charge to come out!!!
