Called the City regarding a suspected water leak, guy came out and found leak right at the meter, on my side! Called Meetze without having read reviews, they were very professional, prompt and """"EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE """". Cost me over $700 for about $25 worth of PVC parts. Told them straight out, had I known the extent of repair I would have done job myself!!! Never again!!!!

We had to reconnect our plumbing under the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal wiring was all ready there and a new disposal was ready to be installed. All that had to be done was connect the dishwasher, put in new disposal, and cut the pipe back to accomadate the new structure of the sink. We were charged over $650 for this job that took about 1 hour. We felt taken advantage of. I still have not received a breakdown of our bill. I was told a supervisior had to provide that!?!?!

We had a leak under our house in a hard to reach place, Meetze's first quote was over $800 and involved putting a small door in to reach the spot from behind the washing machine. This was not an easy job, took several hours longer than they expected, and they ended up having to run a new line altogether. But they didn't have to put the door in, so the final bill was a little over $600. Yes, they charged several hundred dollars less than the estimate, kinda blew my mind. Good people.

Definitely not the cheapest game in town and they missed a few appointments but the service was excellent. The job was well done and all individuals I met with or dealt with were courteous and professional. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again soon but would certainly consider them depending on the job.

I tried to submit this review via the BBB website but they won't publish it. I will never use Meetze Plumbing for anything. I attempted to call them when I had a plumbing emergency and was met with the most rudest woman who I assume was part of the after hours answering service. She would not let me finish a sentence; seems like about every other word she was interrupting me and I was never given the proper opportunity to state my need. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I will tell anyone who will listen to not call them especially if you have an after hours emergency. The lady had the audacity to tell me to call back during normal business hours; would be a cold day in hades before that happened.

Wow! These guys are comfortable charging a lot of money. Maybe it's their pricing model, but $437 for a leaky shower is nearly insane. Now that they've cleared my service fee check, I see they're not even a local company. They are part of some large Kentucky holding mega Plumbing business! Who needs this at all? They could have used the uploaded video to diagnose the problem, but they wanted to charge the $49 service fee, and have the opportunity to look for problems with the hot water heater. If we want to avoid runaway inflation, consumers need to push back against pricing that does not reflect value. These prices reflect the fact that they deal with people who are desperate or totally out of touch with the working class, not with the value of the services that they deliver.

Had Meetze tech come to my newly purchased condo to see if the plumbing was legal and up to par since there had previously been a lawsuit over the illegally plumbed condos when built. Meetze tech said it was illegal and they would need to tear out a wall and blah, blah, blah -- estimate $600.00. Then I got a City Inspector come take a look and he said the plumbing had already been corrected, was perfect and legal, nothing needed to be done. Meetze was going to rip me off for $600.00.

Jason and his partner were great! Very friendly and professional. I was curious about the test they were performing and Jason was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what the test does and why it's done. Meetze Plumbing was super responsive. I called near the end of the work day and they were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning! I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs! Update: I'm a little bummed out. I still meant everything in my review above and this part was because of my own stupidity. I should've asked how much they charged for the service I needed but I did not because several other companies charged charged a much less amount so I just assumed these guys did as well. My own fault BUT just a reminder to do research...I paid $178 for an annually required test that other companies charge $40 for with the same certifications and licensing:(

Our toilet chain stopped working and my roommate was traumatized when she had to reach in and pull the chain herself to flush. They were able to get someone out here the next morning. Was informed in multiple ways when the technician would be arriving and he was extremely prompt and got straight to work. Fixed multiple issues with our upstairs toilet in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely be using this company again

These people are dreadful. They came out to repair two toilets in our home and thought it better to replace them at a cost of 900.00 each. It was a joke. I thought hello do I look like a fool? Trust me I'm not. I paid their service fee and gave them the boot. Lol NEVER!
