EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR! I had an appointment for 1030, I was at the address at 1020, than the guy says I'm running behind it's going to be at least another hour. I drove a half hour out of my way to be at the address 10 minutes early. I told him I had a Dr's appointment but I can meet him later. So I text him at 2 PM and he says head out there and I'll be there in around 20 minutes. I head out there to see the last person I hired stole all the tools that had in the house days earlier when I fired him. I told the owner I need to call the police and make a police report, so I may be talking to a police officer outside when you get there. He than says not dealing with all that. I said well I suppose I can wait to make a report. He says sorry not dealing with no police find someone else. I tried to calmly explain he was in no trouble and I can wait to call them and the guy I had working for me hadn't been there in days. He than said not interested, find someone else! He was obviously terrified of the mere mention of the word police. So he made me drive way out of my way twice in 4 hours only to not show the first time and than to stand me up a second time.

My water heater began leaking and rust flakes were appearing on the floor. I looked online for a plumbing service and put in a request for 2 different ones to contact me. Tim was the first one so we made an appointment for service. He came right on time which was a surprise because I have been stood up several times! We agreed I needed a new heater and he was right on time again when he came the following day. He was very professional and explained the procedure to me. When he was finished he cleaned up things and an hour later I was able to take a hot shower. I'm very grateful!

Installed a garbage disposal and forgot to remove the dishwasher plug cap. Told me he'd be back in 4 days. Ended up coming back the next day and noticed a leak and refused to fix it because it wasn't his work. Total joke. You're a plumber please fix the leak. Won't be using him again. User beware. From email: ""Errors happen sorry for any inconvenience. I got distracted with the faucet leaking. I usually test the dishwasher it's part of my process.""

I had a broken, leaking shower and had to turn off water throuhout the house. The wife and kids weren't happy!
I reached out to Meerkat and Tim came right out to the house the same day and on the weekend a Saturday.
Did his thing and had fixed the issue within a few hours and it's all good to go!
