Had a plumbing emergency late Saturday night. Called their answering service and got a response back within fifteen minutes. They quoted me a price and arrived within the hour to correct the problem. They worked quickly, cleaned up the area before they left and even managed to come in under the cost quoted to me. They were courteous and professional and I will definitely call them if a need arises.

I had been dealing with a constant drip inside my toilet for months...so being stuck at home, and noticing I had Meeks on my phone, I called them early Monday 3/30. I hadn't heard from them by 11 AM...so I called them again; and they acted like I never called. I'm sure I gave all the info. 1 star dropped. OK. Appointment made. A plumber promised by the next day, between 11 and 3. He arrived around 11:30 3/31. I assumed that if I prepped the area...took apart the toilet, shut the water, moved the cabinet, took off the seat, etc., that it would save him time and save me money. It didn't. Another star down. The service man (Terry was the name printed on his shirt) was friendly and instructional. Star up. But - hindsight? At a cost of $110 to spend 5 minutes replacing a gasket? Two stars down. If you have some time and creativity... I had watched how to do it on Youtube...but was too lazy to order the gasket...do it yourself and save a bundle!! Or...if you have money to burn...then Meeks is your go-to plumber!

Meeks Plumbing is Great because of it's Excellent Service People! Meeks Plumbing has a Fantastic Plumber who covered the Weekend Calls today named Tim. Tim Called me twice and I missed both calls. I called him and he got back with me immediately. He arrived sooner than I hoped for and quickly addressed the clogged valve problem I had. Personable, Professional, and Efficient is the best way to describe Tim. Quickly he removed the old part and replaced it. He was Very Careful about making sure the system held pressure and that the new part was working correctly. Tim gave me the straight scoop on the problem right from the start and tried to Save me Money by waiting on the call till Monday. How many Companies try to Save You Money these days? I know of Meeks because they sponsor Christian FM. What an excellent example they set of walking the walk. I couldn't be happier with Meeks Plumbing Service and Tim really made the Difference for me! Responded promptly on a Sunday to leaking connection. When I called to fix the problem, the office was rude. I wanted to know what the original plumber estimated the cost and extent of the needed work. I asked for the original plumber to call. He did not. Two days later I called again and was repeatedly told that the cost was $98 per hour. Sought out another company who could give me an idea of cost and repair time.

Meeks Plumbing is excellent, top-notch service! We had an emergency that occurred when we moved some equipment around while replacing a filter in our well pump. Our plumber, Kevin, was very friendly on the phone, knowledgeable about the problem, and calmed our fears. It is a little scary when water starts gushing all over your garage! He understood the situation completely and was able to fix the problem in just over an hour. Other emergency companies in the area did not want to handle repairs on water systems associated with wells. We are very glad Meeks did! We highly recommend this company!

The Villages Florida Would never ever use this company again called Thursday morning at 8am and called again 3pm since a plumber had not arrived. At 6pm received a call from Rusty that he forgot us and will come on Friday at 8am at 9am he showed up The issue was the faucet in the kitchen the cold water worked but not the hot We were told the button under the sink must have been hit and he fixed it. He left to do paperwork in his car and we tried it and it didn't work,he came back in and said he fixed it. After he left we tried the faucet and it didn't work so I called and he told me the next available appointment was next Tuesday I told him to come back today since the job was not completed. I placed several calls to the office and finally he showed up You spend more time following up Hire a dependable company not MEEKS Irene S

They were great. Called with a water leak on Sunday morning. They were out within 3 hours, found the leak in a wall and repaired it in two hours. Plumber was experienced, competent and efficient. I will use them again.

I called the office and explained in complete detail what parts I needed and what needed to be fixed they send a guy out tries to fix the broken stuff cannot fix it tells me the parts that I already know are not working then tells me he does not have the parts and they need to be ordered and then goes to his truck write me up a bill for $150 And they will not work with you crediting any of that towards a future bill where they actually fix it. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone it is a complete rip off. I could understand if I called them out there and did not tell them what the problem was and he had to come out and look at the problem, and then gave me a price to fix everything but to leave my house with everything broken and it leave me with just a bill of $150 and no future contact and that they are going to try to fix the problem makes it even worse.
