Meek & Sons Plumbing On an initial visit to repair a sink stopper in the master bath that had disconnected, the pop-up ball rod that raises and lowers the stopper was re-inserted into the sink stopper. Two days later it failed again. On the return visit, it was found to have broken due to rust. They didn't have the correct part on the truck, so they tried to use a rod from another sink assembly kit, but it didn't fit. They then proceeded to remove perfectly functioning parts of the sink drain and replace them with other new parts, hoping something would fit. It didn't work. They ended up replacing the entire drain assembly because they didn't have the correct rod with them. The problem is, the replacement drain assembly has a different finish. My master bath sinks are shiny chrome. The one they put in was like a nickel finish. They did not ask me if that was acceptable. I also object to them replacing parts that did not need replacing. I told them I wasn't paying for what they had done when all it needed was a pop-up ball rod. On the initial visit they had replaced this rod in my guest bath for $5.00. They should have said """"we don't have the part, we'll have to get it and come back"""". They have refused to answer my calls and requests for them to meet and discuss this issue. They have simply ignored my attempt to communicate.

Would give a 0 if we could! On a new built house, week one, toilets running consistently, Moen faucet leaking, ruining calcite counters, All plumbing crooked, under sinks. Took top quality drains that came with sinks, and sink racks gone and put in cheaper parts without anyones permission. Charged us $1000 to open boxes. Because we didnt order materials from them due to 20% upcharge. Called to repair work that Moen and American Standard said,"""" wasn""""t installed right"""". Came out 2 times still not working. I called and received new parts and then they came out and refused to install them saying its not there problem we will have to pay for the service call. I could see if there weren""""t here from the first week we moved in with the same issues. But these are exsiting issues, 3 months later and they will not honor there warranty. Do not stand by their work. Every pipe crooked that was installed! Look elsewhere , there are plenty of other good honest Plumbers in the area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You, Brian, from Meek & Sons Plumbing Inc., for coming to the Rescue on The 4th of July Holiday Weekend. Replaced my leaking, broken, Hot water Heater. Made a Bad day into a Great Day, Like it Never Even Happened!!
