This company caused me more money than their services were worth. Their plumbers ruined my cabinetry, overtightened my drains, installed rough valves crooked, I had to purchase new valves, new drains, pay tile guys to come back to open the wall, pay a new plumber to fix the crooked valves (after purchasing new valves) pay to have the drywall patched, pay for the tile crew to come back out to fix the wall, then pay a new plumber to do top out. They charged me for trip charges that were un necessary, if their team did their job correct the first time, it would have been needed. When I brought my grievances to the attention of Nick the owner, he said I was wrong and defended his crew despite ever stepping foot on my job site to truly understand the magnitude of his teams damage. Instead of making it right, he told me that he has a contract with my GC and not me. Refused to take accountability. I had to hire another crew to finish the job and fix their shotty work. They had to drill into my concrete because they forgot to lay a spout for my floor mounted tub filler. They had to drill into my concrete to center toilet drains. Nothing was done correct, and everything was done 2-3x, the 3rd and final time was handled by a different company so that it could get done well.

Wow, just wow is really all I'd need to write, but for clarity. These guys are just flat out awesome. The level of service, price and responsiveness the team I've had the pleasure of working with (Laura and Ted specifically) provide is almost hard to believe. They are friendly, they are local, they are professionals, i.e. you don't need to hover over while they work. I will not take my business anywhere else, period.
