What a great experience! Call no one else! Medley staff is courteous, customer-focused, and exhibit excellent follow-through!

We've had a languishing issue with our upstairs system (okay downstairs works fine & heat rises, right?) so I called Medley today. They sent Taylor Martinez out today & for a nominal fee evaluated both system's status, performed a few adjustments, and solved our heating issue!!!!! Within hours. They even coached me on how I can help make sure the system performs well (uh, like filters dummy!!!). I frankly selected them because of Yelp! reviews.....it's easy to give them five stars myself.

A neighbor had recommended another HVAC CO. whom we had hired before.......the former firm provided lousy, incomplete service & we always felt we were being short-changed. NOT SO with Medley!

Medley is prompt, accurate, and complete. Medley goes the extra mile! They even offer a semi-annual system-check evaluation with a full report......like routine maintenance on your treasured car!!!

Texas, Taylor, Monte and Jeremiah installed a new. System after making every effort to fix the old one. I cannot be more pleased with the work and the overall customer service. I Recently moved to the DFW area and had a bit of a mix up while trying to install my Nest thermostat which led to a blown HVAC fuse. Called these guys and they were so helpful over the phone and were in fact trying to help us solve this on our own without trying to force a repair appointment to the home. We were amazed at their kindness and willingness to help that we setup an actual service appointment. Taylor showed up to the service appointment was very educational in teaching us all the components to the HVAC eco-system and what we should look out for in our new home. We will definitely be reaching out to Medley for any future Heating/Cooling needs. This level of service and care is unheard of in this time and age !

I highly recommend Medley Heating and Air. I called in the evening and spoke with Texas, and explained that my unit probably needed freon cause it wasn't cooling and had a slow leak. The service was seamless- he showed up the following morning (when he said) around 9:30. He was so fast, efficient, and professional! The amount he quoted me for the freon per pound was exactly what he charged. Their pricing compared to other companies is SO reasonable and their reviews are great (and rightly so). I have never used the same air conditioning company twice cause I've never been impressed. But I will definitely use them from now on!!!

Texas at Medley heating and air conditioning is a shining example of exemplary customer service. My thermostat bit the dust, so I called multiple AC companies to try and get someone to come out. Unfortunately a busted thermostat isn't urgent and most of the people I called shrugged me off. Texas not only took the time to diagnose the issue, he personally called an AC supply shop and made sure that they had one that would work with my unit. His honesty and willingness to help is the reason why I will call Medley for all of my heating and AC needs in the future.

Unbelievable service. Having just moved to Texas during a recent heat wave, I had been worried my older unit (16yr old 5-ton AC unit) was not going to survive. Well today it went out. Naturally I started calling around to find a HVAC company that could come ASAP.

I had one company come out right away (highly reviewed FYI...and they went into full sales-pitch mode. Saying my units were shot and I needed new units and proceeded to quote me a price high enough to buy a car with.

At first I was almost suckered in. But I wanted a second opinion, so I called Medley based on their yelp and google reviews. Texas Medley (one of the owners) was out to my house at 7:30pm making a special call just to try and help. And guess what? He FIXED my supposedly catastrophically failed unit in about an hour. And he DID NOT try and sell me a new unit or take advantage of me. In fact, he went above and beyond to make sure my unit was working as well as it could.

My house went from 85 degrees to 75 degrees in the last hour, and I will sleep well tonight because of Medley. Thank you Texas (the owner, not the state...I am still mad at the state of Texas for this ridiculous heat).
