Mr Medina checked my kitchen sinks I thought they were clogged but he was nice enough to check and and let me know they were not clogged but I just had to run water in each sink every day for a few minutes and problem would be solved he did not charge me for the home visit.He definitely knows everything about his business and does not look for an opportunity to take advantage.My daughter and her husband have also been very happy with his work.

this guy is a scam. I asked him to unclog the main drain that runs to the street. this guy came and used a 25ft snake and claimed to have fixed the problem. I paid him $425.00 for a 20 minute job.

unless you like being screwed, I definitely wouldn't recommend him.

Medina outsourced their septic work to another person who had only 3 stars and was unwilling to guarantee their work. This left us no choice but to go with someone else.

Benny was recommended by my plumber when I had issues with things backing up that shouldn't.
This was on a Saturday the day before the hurricane and I thought I was in trouble.
Despite being busy Benny and Manny came to my house and resolved the problem.
We were very happy.
Very customer focused and does good work.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

Wow, Benny should wear a cape, because he saved the day. Called about 3 on a Friday. Benny and Jesus showed up about 30 minutes later. Saved about 20 minutes after that. Went from having sewage in the basement, to dry as a bone. Could not be happier with their service. Would highly recommend. Friendly, professional service.

Called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Benny and Jesus were so focused on fixing the issue and were beyond helpful when they realized I would need more than just an unclogged drain. highly professional, resourceful, and truly just good people that are out to help fix things--not just do anything to turn a profit. Benny and his assistant Jesus did a great job! They came when they said they'd be here, and were very professional and thorough in assessing our clogged drain. Benny cleared it out quickly, and tested it for a while just to be sure it was remaining clear. I highly recommend Benny if you have a clogged drain, he's awesome!

Called on Thursday with non-emergency clog, they came next day, at our covenience, to fix the problem.
Could not ask for better service or price. They explained what they were doing and made sure we were happy with the job once completed.
Hope its a while before we need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call them.
