We were looking to get our main water shut off valve replaced. Dana responded quickly with a quote. I asked if they could be here in the morning by 8 am. He showed up at 7:45 ready to work. Very friendly and professional. Dana did a great job replacing the valve especially with the difficult location of the old valve. I would highly recommend Medina plumbing and plan on using them for any future plumbing problems.

Dana has been my plumber for the last 3 years. He has installed a clean-out for my 1930s home, power jetted obstructions and roots, replumbed my bathroom faucets and recently installed my new hot water heater and fixed the pipes below that had sprung a leak.
He is incredibly sharp and knowledgeable at getting to the source of your plumbing issues and conservative at fixing them. He is very honest and thorough in explaining where the problem stems and what needs to be done.

He has a very quick response time, when you call him. He has an incredible work ethic and stands by his work. He is friendly, easy to talk to, answers your questions & cleans up the work area. His prices are extremely reasonable.

We have had many plumbers throughout the years and no other compare to his Plumbing knowledge and care for your house. I recommend him and his business, Medina and Rooter, to all my friends and family and businesses I come in contact with. I wish I would have found him years ago.

Our bath tub and toilet stopped draining late in the evening. I tried calling 4 or 5 emergency plumbers but no one picked up, well one did but she said the next appointment available was Wednesday. Not sure how they qualify themselves as emergency plumbers. Thankfully Medina Plumbing picked up. They arrived within the hour and cleared our main sewer line. They are priced very well. I was incredibly thankful for their willingness to come late on a Saturday night. They have won our loyalty and will serve all of our plumbing needs from here on out. Thanks Guys

Just had a new gas water heater installed today by Anthony and Dana. Pricing was very good and the work was completed quickly. If you want a good and fairly priced plumber call Medina Plumbing. I wont use anyone else. Thanks guys

Do not use this plumbing company!! I paid Anthony Medina $100 cash to fix a ""simple problem,"" a running toilet, which he did not fix. It is still running after he changed one part for $100. A running toilet should be an easy fix for a plumber. If he was not sure which part should be changed, a leak test could determine if a flapper issue; however, Anthony did not know what that test was when I mentioned it. I called Anthony several times since he left our house for him to go back to resolve the issue. Despite I paid $100, Anthony advised me ""he does not work for free,"" when I asked him to go back out to fix the problem he did not fix. Instead, he had his associate call me who agreed would go out to my home, but the associate, Louis, never showed up to his appointment and did not even bother to call me to let me know unable to make his appointment, even after I was advised I would have to pay another $75 to $150 just to fix a running toilet that Anthony never repaired correctly in the first place. I was advised that Anthony is the new owner and George (told was his father) is in Arizona so may be the reason for the decline in service since George no longer runs the business. Very importantly, therefore, do not be fooled by the other reviews, as I honestly believe they are not accurate reflection how the company is run now.

They responded to fix a blocked sewer drain within a couple hours. Their service was quick and affordable. I would recommend their service to others.
