Unfortunately, we had Medina Plumbing install all the plumbing for a brand new house in Mill Valley. Not only did one of the pipes develop a leak in the wall of our house (for no reason other than a lousy solder of the copper pipes) but we continue to have issues with our expensive, on-demand water heater. After 5 phone calls, it is clear that Medina Plumbing is not communicating and helping us with the Navien tankless water heater that they installed. It has been turning on constantly since they installed it. This happens when no water in the house is being used (for example, every 15 minutes for 5 minutes from 3 am to 5 am in the morning). It also smells like leaking gas when it turns on. And the insulation on the pipes wasn't installed correctly and is falling off. The water heater also goes off when I use the outdoor hose, which is strange since this shouldn't require hot water. I wish they would follow through like professionals and resolve this.

Carlos Medina and his crew installed a new water heater and replaced all the old galvanized plumbing under our 1912 house for a very fair price. They were finished on time and completely professional, working hard to minimize the impact on us while they did their work. We could not be happier! I met the owner while he was doing sewer lateral replacement for my neighbor. I was impressed because he was very courteous as well as his employees and even though they had to work on my side of the property they were very conscientious with items that had to be moved and put back.

The general contractor who did a bunch of things wrong one of which messed up something in the bathroom plumbing was immediately identified and fixed by Mr. Medina. I can't thank this man enough where as the other company told me nothing was wrong and that was the way it was Mr. Medina proved them wrong. He knows his trade well and is incredibly honest.

Carlos and his crew did a super-efficient and expert job on the ""trenchless"" sewer lateral replacement needed, as required by the RVSD. And Carlos took care of acquiring the necessary permits AND communicating with RVSD re the grant assistance program ... all for a very competitive price. I had heard great things about Carlos from several sources - including that he was hard to get a hold of because of his busy schedule (a popular guy for a reason) ... but Carlos and his team were well worth the small effort to get him booked and on the job.
