AHS assigned this company to fix a clogged sink. They came out and was here for less than 20 mins. They said they needed access to the drain in front of my house. The plumber said he was not able to access it and I would need to remove the brick and concrete to get the cap off. I hired another plumber to remove the cap. I video taped the plumber removing the cap in 7 mins from start to finish. I called back Medallion plumbing to let them know. They told me to call AHS. AHS is sending out a new plumbing company to finish the job. I do not recommend this company. They try to up-sale and don't finish the job. Meanwhile it is causing secondary damage.

I would give them zero stars. Put in a request with my home warranty and Medallion was chosen. I was upsold on a better toilet than what my home warranty was going to cover and I went with it. The toilet that was installed had a yellow toilet seat and the base has black stuff on the bottom. I was told the toilet was new out of the box but I'm not sure of that. Tina the office manager has not been very helpful in resolving the issues. I was told they would not replace the toilet because they want Kohler to pay for the reinstall. I was sent a new toilet seat and it was the wrong one. Was told to use bar keepers friend to remove the black stuff I have been trying to to get off which is another cost to me! Reached out to Tina about the wrong seat being sent and was directed back to Kohler with no additional information. Do not use them whatever you do, nothing but headaches.

Horrible service. My home warranty went through these guys and let me tell you, I did not felt comfortable having these guys in my house. If your home warranty assigns you these guys, ask them to have it changed.

They are not gonna do a darn thing. You are just asking for your deductible to be taken away.

Worst service company ever. If AHS sends you there, go somewhere else. Jordan only here a few minutes, told us what the issue was then promptly left when told our maintenance man would be here in 3 minutes to show him the location of our main line. Cancelling our American Home Shield contract now. Absolutely no work done and now out $125.

They were timely and professional. My hot water heater went out. They diagnosed it and I had a new one within a four days after Shining Plumbing Knights failed to repair the machine forcing me to find another plumber. I will certainly use Medallion plumbing again.

We recently needed to have a new water heater installed (never one of those fun expenses if you catch my drift). Our home warranty connected us to Medallion Plumbing and Jorden was assigned to help us. He did a fantastic job, and I think he left our laundry room cleaner than it was when he started the work. We're now 4 days in and everything is working perfectly. Thanks to Jorden for a job well done.

Came to my home to fix a tub faucet leak...not a major job. And now 3 months later same leak and they won't come out to fix unless I repay again. Obviously they didn't fix it right the first time n did a shitty job. I would never repay them ,they should guarantee their work ,so customers don't have to repay everything 3 mths....oh wait it's $$$$ for them RIP OFF!!!

Our home warranty company sent them to fix our toilet. They did an outstanding job! Great communication--they call and text information about your appointment, and even inform you ( with tracking info) when their technician will arrive. Jordan was excellent--professional, prompt, and he efficiently fixed our leaking toilet with a new flushing mechanism. I don't understand why there are some negative reviews, but trust me, they are a very reliable company! A+++

A huge THANK YOU to Medallion Plumbing for being so fantastic about fixing my shower drain in my 1950's home. They were diligent, polite & understood my sense of urgency as I only have the one bathroom. They came out yesterday & tried everything to clear the drain. It would not clear so chemicals were used & sat for 8 hours. Was still clogged last night. This morning Robert came out, snaked again and the drain cleared. There was alot of buildup. Thank you for being so professional, patient with my yappy little dogs and with me! I highly recommend this company.
