This company was sent out by American Home Shield to fix our broken garbage disposal. They replaced it and created a giant leak under our sink. They came back out and ""fixed"" the leak several times. 5 separate service calls to get to a point where it appeared to be fixed. We questioned a material that one of the techs used to seal the drain, it was a white putty that did not harden. A senior tech told us it is supposed to be that way, so we listened. 6 months later the drain is literally coming apart from our sink. It's still soft and completely not sealed at all. We won't waste our time or money with this company again, they are a total joke and should not be in business, let alone a contractor for a home warranty company! Caused us more problems than they fixed. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but always try to go into things with an open mind. Man oh man, was I impressed with how awesome my service tech was! He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He fixed my problem which was causing my entire downstairs to flood whenever I took a shower or did laundry or anything using more than just a tiny bit of water. They came out the next day after I put in my service order and I was the first appointment. I would definitely call them again and recommend for your plumbing needs! Thank you again for helping me fix my problem quickly and not having to spend a fortune. They also told me that if the issue came back or that didn't solve the problem he would come out for free for the next 30 days to find and fix the issue. Luckily that was the issue, but it was reassuring to know that if there was still a problem I wouldn't have to pay an additional fee.

Jordan came by today to fix 2 leaking toilets. He was on time and friendly yet professional. He took care of the problem and in addition fixed some things I wasn't aware of so I wouldn't have problems in the future. Great job! Great employee!

Horrible service and customer service! Not only did they not fix my plumbing issue but when I called they flat out told me they would not return to fix the issue unless I paid for another appointment. Not sure what the first appointment was for, save your money if you can, highly do not recommend.

Called American Home Shield to have valves replaced on toilets in both bathrooms because the water was running nonstop. Medallion came out and did a shoddy job. The second bathroom valve was left unattached so when I flushed the toilet all I heard was water gushing. Called Medallion, they gave me a window of 12-4 the next day to do repairs. Same tech came back out to fix the problem. I told him the valve that was supposedly ""replaced"" was leaking, he says ""its supposed to do that."" The toilet is still running, I turned the water off. I called my insurance company again to get a different company to do the repairs they said I have to pay the fee of $100 again before they could schedule another company which is nonsense. I will no longer use Medallion or American Shield, seems like they choose the worst companies to do repairs, this is not the first time, but it is the last time. I will be cancelling my contract and choosing another insurance company that actually take care of the customer needs and include maintenance on the HVAC!

Medallion was sent to us by our Home Warranty...Medallion was quick to response, came out right away, diagnosed the problem (needed a new Water Heater)..They were back in 2 days, and replaced the water heater...Jordan was professional and congenial, explaining everything.... I would recommend Medallion for your plumbing needs...

AVOID at all costs. We had them come out and they replaced our garbage disposal. 2 months later we discovered a large amount of water under the sink. The hose on the back was not installed properly and popped off. They used a screw clap and my husband tried to tighten it but it wouldn't stay secured. The hose was too large for the disposal opening. They were going to charge us a fee again to fix their mistake.

Our family purchased a home in February and a home inspector found a leak in our upstairs shower that caused it to leak through our laundry room fan. Medallion came out and supposedly fixed the issue. After we received our keys and used the shower for the first time the leak was still there. We made a call to Medallion who came out and told us we had to have a handyman come out and remove tiles to create access. We removed those tiles and had Medallion return. When they came out again, they said the office staff told our handyman to remove the wrong tiles. Another service call to our handyman. This time it took much longer to get a handyman out. Now Medallion is telling us it likely won't be covered by the home warranty because they thought they fixed the issue originally.
