Tina answered all my questions. She had my home warranty contract all set, schedule an appointment within 24 hrs. And had the install set two days later. The plumber, Jordan was on time, courteous, detailed and has a can do refreshing attitude. I agree with the other reviewer response, they are not the same team that got bad reviews before.

I would give them no stars if I could. They were the contractors sent by my home warranty company and we had nothing but trouble. First with them refusing to do part of the job then when they finally came back to fix the leak. That evening we found the leak was worse than before. When I called and insisted on the repair be done the same day and by a different tech I was refused. Now it's a fight with the home warranty company.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and draining very slow. The guy that ""fixed"" it replaced it said it was just a crack that he needs to be replaced. On the night that we started it. It drains when all you do is run water but after brushing my teeth and washing with soapy water it started to go back to the original problem. It wasn't draining as it should. Called them and the woman on the phone was a typical Karen that seems like she doesn't want to be disturbed when I asked her what's the ETA for the person. The schedule was supposed to be 11am-3pm. What a scam, it's been 2 hours and they haven't called or updated us about it. Save yourself from this people!

Called American Home Shield to have my water heater service so to low hot water. Was assigned MEDALLION PLUMBING and was a little worried after reading reviews, but decided to give them a try.

Initially, everything went well. The service tech informed me that the water heater would need to be replaced, but would have to go through the steps. After about three weeks of going back and forth with AHS and Medallion, we finally hit to were they could get the water heater replaced.

After not hearing from Medallion for 2 weeks, I called them and was told AHS didn't authorize the replacement. I then called AHS and was told Medallion said their was no mechanical failure in the water heater and didn't require replacement.

I asked AHS to send me the information that was sent in by Medallion, and sure enough, it said my water heater was fine.

Not sure why they would tell the customer one thing and sent the home warranty company the complete opposite.

Contacted AHS for 2 faucets leaking and a toilet valve leaking and they assigned Medallion plumbing. Two days later Jordan came over and fixed all three of them. He did a great job!

We called our insurance and they assign these guys to do our plumbing. They came out mutiple times to my house. Still not fixed. Had to call my insurance for a second company to come out.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company in the area. We've had them out 3 times for the same problem and they have closed out the service saying they can't find the problem!! So our homeowners insurance said they can't send out another company.... What idiots!!! BEWARE ... Save your money and ALL the time waiting for them to show up!!

I was super hesitant because of all the really really bad reviews and I did have them come out a previous time and was hesitant for them to even do the work. But I have to say that I really feel they're trying to do better. Great communication. I knew exactly when they were coming I was at the top of the list. I got multiple texts and both of the plumbers seemed great. Knowledgeable. It was a simple fix.

We got referred to Medallion by our warranty company (water stoppages in bathroom sinks, shower and kitchen garbage disposal).
Overall - 3 stars.
1. Scheduling (5 stars): Appointment scheduling was easy and handled well. Got 9am-1pm window for original arrival which was alright.
2. Timeliness & Front-desk Professionalism (0 stars): On day of appointment, no show till 11:30am so i called their office, received revised time 12:15-12:30pm (still ok). Then office called back around 12:30pm and gave another arrival time as 1:15pm. No show till 1:30pm so i called again to check for one last time to check if i should continue wait (another 30 mins) or cancel and inform warranty company. This time, Front desk person (Ms. Tina) was non-committal on new time and kept saying prev appointments are still running late. Even called customer rude when pressed for an answer. Medallion needs learn customer's time is also equally important and atleast honor their own commits and not argue back or criticize the Customer for their sincere feedback. Hope this will improve !
3. Service (5 stars): Exclusively for service-technician (Keymo) for his knowledge, courteous, professionalism and quick resolution. He took only 20 mins to fix issues and explain well.
