i would never use this company. My home warranty company assigned them. We had a leak for all water coming into the house so we turned it off and called the warranty company who sent us a referral at at 7:10 pm. Being it was late I waited till next morning to call. I called at 6:40 am and 10:40 am and requested a callback to set up appointment. Waited till about noon and called warranty company for new referral. According to ME they got the call late at night and were busy with other customers all morning.

not the people you want doing any work on anything you need help with. Tammie is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with. I am guessing she is married to the owner because I dont see anyone normal getting away with the way she speaks to people. they are a scam company who rely on claims they can fudge for a quick buck. do not use this company ever.

CAMERON was GREAT!! The person scheduling and replying to my follow up due to a late arrival time via text, may be Tammy, was very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. In any business, you should not argue with your customer. You should want to only make things right and not be offensive. This company has poor customer service, yet gave a wonderful technician. If I could just rate Cameron, it would be 10 stars. Zero stars for all else. I really would not have chosen this company due to the numerous bad reviews. They were chosen by our home warranty which I will make aware not to use for future references.

Mechanical Express was enlisted by my home warranty to come to my house and make repairs on a toilet that had an issue draining slowly over a period of time. Cameron (I think was his name) showed up this morning and then proceeded to inform me that he would measure the tank and pick up a replacement toilet.

Cameron even told me that the tank sitting on my existing toilet was loose and needed some sort of work to fix it.

Cameron stated that he would call the warranty company for approval on his way to the store to pick up the toilet. I received a text from my home warranty company stating that my claim was now closed. Looks like these folks are no longer answering calls and are trying to cash out on a quick claim. Please heed caution when using these people.

Currently I am looking at the toilet they were supposed to fix and see that it has completely drained out again..... I have asked my home warranty to ensure Mechanical Express is not called for any further claims with my warranty company.

10/10 would recommend! I messaged the company about having someone come look at my kitchen sink / broken garbage disposal and the owner messaged me quickly and I was able to set up an appointment with tammie. They were super nice and a young man came over the following morning & was able to get my garbage disposal running & cleaned the pipes under my sink. all done super quick! and honestly they're super affordable, I had gotten larger quotes from other company's for what they did. definitely keeping their phone number saved if we ever need plumbing or AC help. we just bought our first house & it's nice to know there's a reliable family owned company we can count on.

This was the first we used mechanical express, our house AC went out on one of the hottest days and a call was made before their opening hrs and a message was left, they returned our call ASAP and made sure they had technicians onsite within approx 2.5 hrs and diagnosed the problem within very short and gave the ESTIMATE to our home insurance and returned back with the compressor and parts needed and completed the job making sure we had AC before they ended the day. The Technicians are very professional and went over anything, bottom line they will have all of my business going forward. Thanks to the entire Team and Cameron and his partner.

Bill was here less than an hour after I first called to schedule. I had a leak under my sink. He was very courteous, concerned about getting it fixed right and went out of his way to accomplish this. I already have his number in my phone for the future. I can't say enough good about him. It is very hard to find good repairmen and he is one of the best. I will highly recommend him to friends, family and anyone who asks!

Terrible customer service and follow-through.
My home warranty company called Mechanical Express on 5/15 to arrange service at my property. Having not heard from them, I called and left a message with Mechanical Express on 5/20. I called the home warranty company on 5/23 to get a new company assigned to me since I still had not heard from Mechanical Express. On 5/27, a full 12 days after the original work order, Tammy at Mechanical Express called me and left a message. I never called back since I had been assigned someone else. Over three days later, on 5/30, Tammy called me back, and this time I answered the phone. I informed her I had requested a different contractor as she had never gotten in touch with me for close to two weeks. Tammy immediately became super snippy and with her raised voice told me I was wrong, and that she had left several messages. She then hung up on me.
Ask yourself this question before you hire Mechanical Express: Is this the type of customer service a respectable company would offer? If this is how they treat potential customers, how will they treat you once they have your money?
