I wish I could assign them negative stars. Do yourself a favor and look for another plumbing service to engage.

My instant hot water heater broke down and I reached out to Meadow Lakes Supply because they were a certified representative for my brand. It seemed good at first, they arrived the next day to inspect the unit and take pictures, certifying that it was indeed dead and needed to be replaced, not repaired. They reached out to Rinnai to inquire about warranty coverage, and that's where the nightmare began.

For three long weeks, I was stuck in the middle between Meadow Lakes Supply and the heater company. Neither had any clue what the other was doing, and I just wanted hot water again. I contacted the heater company, and they informed me they were waiting on Meadow Lakes. I reached out to Meadow Lakes, and they claimed they were waiting for Rinnai. I kept going back and forth; Rinnai needed photos, I provided more images (not through Meadow Lakes), Meadow Lakes would take days calling Rinnai, so I would call to try and speed things along.

Then, after 2 1/2 weeks, I got a notice from Rinnai that they had shipped something out. When I called, they said it was parts for repair, except I didn't want a repair because I had seen my Rinnai heater spark and even explode slightly. I contacted Meadow Lakes, and they guaranteed me that Rinnai was mistaken and that they would send a complete unit. Three days later, the parts showed up, and that was all. No new unit. So once again, I called Rinnai and didn't get off the phone until they agreed to give me a discount on buying a new unit, which I had hoped they would have done from the start.

By this time, I was exhausted with Meadow Lakes Supply, so I called to dismiss them. I went and picked up the parts that Rinnai had shipped them and because Meadow Lakes wouldn't ship them back, I had to pay $95 to ship them back, but I was finished with them by then. I reached out to Paragon Mechanical, and they showed up two days later to install the new unit that was sent to me quickly. I showered, took a deep breath, and tried to forget the ordeal.

Two weeks later, Meadow Lakes reached out to inquire about my experience (seriously?), and to let me know I owed $85 for the technician's first visit. I called them back promptly and argued that they should cancel the bill considering I had to handle their communication with Rinnai and also return the unwanted parts at my own cost. They courteously stated they would "see what they could do" and then failed to call back. The next week, I got another call indicating the bill was still due, as if our earlier conversation had never occurred. So we were back in this cycle, and after 4-5 calls, they informed me that despite their promises to help, they would send me to collections. I demanded to speak with a manager, and finally, two days later, I got a call from one who absolutely refuses to waive the bill because Meadow Lakes insisted they never directly asked for the parts, so it wasn't their concern, and they stated they had put in effort calling Rinnai.

Here's the bottom line: This company will absolutely screw you over and then charge you for it because their reputation and taking care of customers is absolutely their last priority. Avoid them at all costs!

I highly recommend this company. The service technician was on time to diagnose my problem efficiently. The plumber secured the required component and came back the next day to fix the issue.

I had my 1979 Weil-McLain boiler re-piped as a proactive measure after discovering a small leak. The service professional who arrived was well-informed, friendly, professional, assured, and willing to answer all my questions and issues I raised. The only reason was because of several re-schedules, which might affect someone less flexible. They achieved my desired finish date nonetheless. My issue was not an emergency, and that may have played some influence.

I noticed a significant difference in functionality. It's been less than a day, so here is what I can tell you immediately... aside from the first heating up after being inactive for 48 hours, I have heard almost zero tapping, thumping, rattling, and popping of the radiators. I feel really satisfied with the heat in my house compared to prior to the upgrade. Modern circulators, valves, and thermostats, suitable gauge pipes, etc. System purged, recharged, and vented. I am quite impressed with the workmanship! The team transformed a mess of copper and cables into a thing of beauty.

Ultimately, time and costs will ultimately reveal if it was worth it, but at this moment, I am satisfied.

I called the plumbing service and I consistently get the answers I need.

On one occasion I needed assistance late on a Saturday around midnight and Mike was preparing to depart for the East Coast the following day. He took care of it all.

If you need it done right, this is the company to choose.

I reached out to this plumbing company for the repair of the heating system. The team had no idea on how to deliver heat throughout the house. As a result, I ended up paying for the overhaul of my boiler system piping. Once they finished that task, they returned and notified me all controls need replaced. I contacted them again to inform them that they were unwilling to assist me. They put me on a blacklist. So, due to their initial failure, they did not want to complete the task. The customer service was lacking and understanding of boiler systems was insufficient. I would advise against using this company to any future friend or family.
