Recommended Customer Reviews

I had this company out to repair My heating system. They had no idea how to get Heat to the house. So they charged me to rebuild my boiler system piping. After they completed that Work they came back and said all controls need replaced. I called them back out to say they would not work with me and put me on a Black list. So because they failed originally they would not complete their work. Very poor customer service and knowledge of boiler systems. I would not recommend this company to any future friend or family

Highly recommend! The technician was able to come out and diagnose my problem quickly and order the part needed and was back the second day to fix it!

I have called this company and I always get my answers I need. One visit was Saturday night 12 midnight and Mike was leaving Sunday morning for East coast. He fixed it all. If you need it done correctly they are you company.

After 3 months of dealing with intermittent to no hot water and having dealt with other plumbing companies with no luck, we called Meadow Lakes out and they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired very quickly. Can't give them enough stars on this review! Thank you so much!

If I could give them less than zero stars I would. Please save yourself the trouble and find a different plumbing company to work with. My on demand hot water heater died and I called Meadow Lakes because they were a certified rep for my brand. It seemed good at first, they came out the day after I called to look at the unit and take pictures, certifying that it was indeed dead and needed to be replaced, not repaired. They called Rinnai that made heater to see if a warranty would cover any of it, and that's where the nightmare began. For three weeks I played the middle man between Meadow Lakes and the heater company. Neither had any clue what the other was doing, and I just wanted hot water again. I would call the heater company and they would say they were waiting on Meadow Lakes, I called Meadow Lakes and they said they were waiting on Rinnai. Back and forth, Rinnai wanted pictures, I would send more pictures (not Meadow Lakes), Meadow Lakes would take days calling Rinnai so I would call to try and speed things along. Then after 2 1/2 weeks I got a notice from Rinnai that they had shipped something out. When I called they said it was parts for repair except I didn't want a repair because I watched my Rinnai heater spark and have a small explosion. So I called Meadow Lakes and they assured me that Rinnai was wrong and that they were sending the whole unit. 3 days later the parts arrived and it was just that. No new unit. So once again I called Rinnai and didn't get off the phone until they agreed to give me a discount on buying a new unit, which I wished they would have done at the beginning. By now though I'm so tired of Meadow Lakes Plumbing that I called and fired them. I went and picked up the parts that Rinnai had shipped them and because Meadow Lakes wouldn't ship them back I had to pay $95 to ship them back, but whatever I'm done with them at that point. I called Paragon Mechanical and they came out two days later and did a fantastic job installing the new unit that was rushed shipped to me. I took a shower, a deep breath, and tried to put it all behind me. 2 weeks later Meadow Lakes called to ask me how my experience was (really?) and notify me that I had an outstanding bill of $85 I needed to pay for when their technician initially came out. I called them right back and said that I thought they should waive the bill seeing as how I had to do their job for them communicating with Rinnai AND had to ship the unwanted parts back at my own expense. They politely said they would ""see what they could do"" and then never called back. Next week I got another call saying the bill was still due as if the previous conversation never happened. So were back on this merry go round, and 4-5 calls later they let me know that although they keep saying they'll see what they can do, they're going to send me to collections! I demand to speak with a manager and finally 2 days later I get a call from one who absolutely refuses to waive the bill because Meadow Lakes never explicitly asked for the parts either, so that wasn't their problem, and because they worked so hard calling Rinnai. Here's the bottom line: This company will absolutely screw you over and then charge you for it because their reputation and taking care of customers is absolutely their last priority. Steer clear!

Had my 1979 Weil-McLain boiler re-plumbed as a preventative/upgrade measure after discovering a small water leak. The technician who came out was knowledgable, friendly, professional, confident and willing to answer all questions and concerns I had. The only reason I marked down was due to multiple re-schedules, which, may impact someone less flexible. They met my desired finish date regardless. My issue was not an emergency and that may have had some influence. There is a world of difference in performance. It has only been less than a day so here is what I can tell you right off the bat... aside from the initial warm up after being off for two days, I have heard almost zero clicking, banging, rattling and popping of the radiators. I feel really comfortable with the heat in my house compared to prior to the upgrade. Modern pumps, valves and controllers, appropriate gage pipes etc. System purged, refilled and bled. Very impressed with the workmanship! Turned a rats nest of copper and wires in to a thing of beauty. Time and bills will ultimately tell if it was worth it, but right now, I am happy.
