Dawn M.I would not recommend this company. I hired Mr. Meade to work on our backyard spigot. Due to the weather, he was not able to finish the job that day. He assured me he would be back when weather permitted. It's now been approximately 2 months and he's yet to return. I've contacted him several times asking when he was coming back. He'll tell me he'll be there first thing the next day but the next day comes and he doesn't show up. He also doesn't let me know he's not going to be there but waits for me to contact him. I've gotten excuses as to why he wasn't able to come, after/if I've messaged him, and then the cycle starts all over again. Now, he's just not responding to me at all. I FULLY paid for all labor and parts. He's also not sent me a copy of the receipt for the parts he had to purchase at Home Depot. He was quick to come out and get paid but not to come finish the work after being paid.
