I reached out to M&E Plumbing Service for a problem with a water heater. I didn't know the exact issue that's the water heater had so I explained as best as I could to the technician. They explained to me the actual problem and also gave me some recommendations of what to do. I know plumbing services can be expensive so we reached out to several plumbing companies and M&E. They were the easiest ones to work with. They were able to schedule me within less than a week to have a technician come and fully examine the problem. I felt like I was not ripped off and was treated very honestly. I hope I would not have any other plumbing issues but if I do I know who to call. It was a seamless process working with them from start to finish. I appreciate the hard work they put in!

Our 8 year-old water heater sprung a leak so we contacted our home warranty service and they referred us to M & E. Things started out fine. Matt answered the call quickly and came out in a timely manner. His technicians arrived a few days later as scheduled but the heater was damaged yet they installed it. I came home at 9:00pm this evening to inspect their work. There are 2 dents in the unit (which they bought at Home Depot). I am not happy about this and have contacted our home warranty provider as well as M & E to see how they will correct this situation.

Update 5/21/2019:
It seems I was too quick to judge. I have been in contact with Matt since this morning and he is working to correct the situation. He has remained courteous and professional throughout this issue. He is actually coming to the house tomorrow to look at the heater and work on a solution with the manufacturer.

Mediocre service. Tech seemed lazy. Had them out for a small flood took a long time for the rep to find the issue then said he solved it by snaking a little bit but had to call another company less than a month later because there were tree roots growing all through our pipe that M&E didn't notice or try to actually remedy. Would not recommend

They fixed my main water shut off valve as well as 4 other valves in my rental house. Everything was done in under an hour. Very satisfied with the job.

Darrell and Chris were fantastic. Knowledge, pleasant, easy to work with and efficient. They took care of of my disposal problem very quickly and saved me a couple hundred dollars in the process.

Good work, fair prices, on time appointments, courteous and clean staff, through cleanup and sensitive to my home; what more could one want? I used them to replace a kitchen sink faucet, to repair one toilet and replace one other. I wanted to install a Consumer Reports ""Best Buy"" toilet. My senior budget doesn't allow for a extra charges so I wanted to avoid a delivery charge for the heavy toilet. I found my toilet for sale at Home Depot. Home Depot unboxed the toilet, wrapped it's pieces in the heavy bath towels I provided, put it in my car and I seat belted it in place. The next morning M & E Plumbing workers unpacked the toilet from my car and carried it inside my home. At my request they gave me a few minutes to clean the floor under where the old toilet stood. When they were finished the workers put the old toilet in a black heavy duty trash bag and put it at the curb for trash pick up the next day.
I will use M & E Plumbing the next time I need a plumber!

I got connected to M&E through our house warranty company. Darrell and Chris were courteous, experienced, and on time. They were quick in their assessment and fix of a leaky ceiling pipe. They were able to use a narrow opening in the ceiling to get to the pipe and fix the issue. They tested the fix afterwards. They were also a pleasure to talk to and chit chat with. I would use and recommend their services again.

After receiving a very well communicated, quick and reasonable quotation from Matt, we made an appointment to have a faulty garbage disposal replaced at our home. Darrell and Chris replaced and removed the old disposal, and did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally! We could not have asked for better service! It was top-of-the-line in every respect.
