M&E did all of the plumbing additions and rework for a kitchen and laundry room remodel we've been working on for the past month or so. This included moving existing bathroom plumbing coming down from our upstairs level and adding a utility sink/plumbing to our laundry room. They did a great job. Chris and Matt were punctual, efficient and thorough. We would recommend them to anyone else in need of a professional plumbing company in the area.

Requested a service through AHA for an issue I described over the phone. Took 4 days to come out and charged me for an issue they never fixed. I eventually fixed the issue myself and it took less than 30 minutes. If you have a plumbing issue I recommend Kevin Szabo Plumbing they are phenomenal and very prompt. I wish AHA would have sent them instead.

We have had M$E Plumbing to our house a lot lately. Recently, they fixed a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. A garbage disposal and they just replaced our sump pump. They are very professional, reliable and are excellent at what the do. Affordable and efficient too. You can't ask for more because they got it! All problems were resolved. Definitely will be keeping their # on speed dial.

Got connected through HWA for a leaking water heater. Mike was very responsible and helpful in the process. Darrell was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced the water heater professionally. Best experience we've had with an HWA contractor. Will use them again.

I reached out to M&E Plumbing Service for a problem with a water heater. I didn't know the exact issue that's the water heater had so I explained as best as I could to the technician. They explained to me the actual problem and also gave me some recommendations of what to do. I know plumbing services can be expensive so we reached out to several plumbing companies and M&E. They were the easiest ones to work with. They were able to schedule me within less than a week to have a technician come and fully examine the problem. I felt like I was not ripped off and was treated very honestly. I hope I would not have any other plumbing issues but if I do I know who to call. It was a seamless process working with them from start to finish. I appreciate the hard work they put in!

Our 8 year-old water heater sprung a leak so we contacted our home warranty service and they referred us to M & E. Things started out fine. Matt answered the call quickly and came out in a timely manner. His technicians arrived a few days later as scheduled but the heater was damaged yet they installed it. I came home at 9:00pm this evening to inspect their work. There are 2 dents in the unit (which they bought at Home Depot). I am not happy about this and have contacted our home warranty provider as well as M & E to see how they will correct this situation.

Update 5/21/2019:
It seems I was too quick to judge. I have been in contact with Matt since this morning and he is working to correct the situation. He has remained courteous and professional throughout this issue. He is actually coming to the house tomorrow to look at the heater and work on a solution with the manufacturer.

Mediocre service. Tech seemed lazy. Had them out for a small flood took a long time for the rep to find the issue then said he solved it by snaking a little bit but had to call another company less than a month later because there were tree roots growing all through our pipe that M&E didn't notice or try to actually remedy. Would not recommend
