My washing machine stopped draining water in the middle of a load. I called MDTECH Services after checking out the reviews on Yelp, and Paul came out the same day to assess the problem. He was fast and efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing!He ordered the needed part and was back the next day to install it. I highly recommend MDTECH Services!

The technician Paul, was very surly and unprofessional. He did not explain the problem with our refrigerator, except to say that it needs service. After I asked a number of questions I was finally able to get him to give us a reason that our self frost the refrigerator was leaking. Although he cleaned the coils and the refrigerator seems to be running well, I'm uncertain as to whether he really fixed the problem. I wouldn't use this company again.

Problem not solved and I don't feel the technician fully understood what was to be done. Chose MDTECH Services because of the lower service call price and will look further to have another company take a look and again pay for a service call. This same issue occurred on my Bosh dishwasher a few years ago. I don't remember the company I called for that service or would have called them again. I do know the problem was fixed due to the diligence of the technician with that company pursuing and finding a reasonable solution even though it required a return trip.

Paul did a fine job of checking out our dryer, luckily there wasn't anything abnormal and things are working well.

I'm taking 2 stars away just due to the sheer number of calls, voicemails, and text messages that Karen (I'm assuming an admin or office assistant) contacted me with. Being contacted daily (6 days in a row, 2 phone calls a day, skipping a call on Sunday) to follow up on the service, along with asking to leave a positive review, is excessive. It felt like spam and I did not appreciate it. People are busy and they will respond/reply when they have the time to do so. Pestering them daily is not going to incentivize customers to leave a positive review. Hope this doesn't happen to any other customers of yours MDTech.

Drain pump replaced successfully. Good technician and professional.
My only complaint was I was the one chasing after them for updates and next steps in the process before getting any updates or information.

But they do have good after service follow up and customer service to check that it went well. I'll recommend them always.

Quick to reply. Easy to schedule an appointment, even though it was New Year's Eve. Paul had my fridge fixed two days later. Price was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend

I am very satisfied with the quality of response time, customer service, and excellent professional expertise when addressing my repairs. Originally I was recommended to use MDTech when I installed my KitchenAide dishwasher. They did a fantastic job. They also repaired the locking mechanism on my Kenmore front load washer. They are a wealth of knowledge and answered all my inquiries. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
