The knob on my stove wasn't working i wasn't able to turn it and when i took it off it wasn't broke.. i had been trying for days.... Paul called me back and told me to switch the knobs i was thinking this one wasn't broke BUT it worked.. I'm thankful Paul is a honest guy because he surely could have come and BS'd me... thank you Paul I'm keeping your number handy...

Pavel was professional, communicative, and we felt that his pricing was reasonable. He helped us replace an old microwave that broke. He was very communicative from the beginning through the Yelp app and over the phone. I felt bad that our microwave was delivered later than we expected, but he was flexible in his scheduling which we appreciated. When the microwave was finally delivered, he came that afternoon, which was so convenient. I would recommend Pavel for appliance fixes!

This guy is bad and not trustworthy. He checked my ice maker and quoted me a figure of $300 and then went to $420.

It did no need any parts that he recommended only the wires underneath had something wrong which was fixed in one visit and cost me $120.00. The guy who fixed it went right to the wires underneath and trook care of the problem in one visit. MD Tech never checked the wires and just tried to make a big job out of nothing. I am giving 5 stars and Pavel didn't even work on an appliance for me. I sent out a message via Yelp for dishwasher repairs. MD Tech owner,Pavel, was one of the first to reply. I was very specific in my request regarding the brand and potential issue with my machine. Pavel took the time to reply to my trouble shooting questions and even though I gave him a green light to set up a service call, he suggested I replace the unit due to the likelihood parts and labor would be close to a new machine (replacing the control panel & board). His willingness to forgo a service call & freely give me the likely conclusion is a clear indicator of integrity and excellent customer service. I will definitely be calling MD Tech for any future appliance service and recommending the business to friends. Thanks Pavel!
