We didn't even get to use this service, only rating based off of the customer service. We spoke with Michelle and she scheduled someone to come out to our home. We told her we had two appliances to put in and they needed to be moved from our garage into house and she said that it was $150 per appliance. One guy showed up, Serge. He was just as confused as why he was the only one sent out and why we got lied to about the pricing. The price went from $300 for both, to $460 for both because they needed more guys and didn't bring the supplies they needed. After agreeing it was a ridiculous jump in price, Serge cancelled the appointment for us and told us there would be no charge because of the misinformation their company gave us. We said thanks, sorry they didn't inform you better of the job beforehand. Now, for the last 3 hours, we have been getting phone calls, Yelp messages and emails from this company harassing us that we need to pay. We've blocked them on everything now and they still don't get the hint. They didn't provide any estimate before the job or say there was any service cost, just tell you they will show up and then change the price and try to force you to pay - if you don't pay, they try to force you to pay $65. About to report them to the Better Business Bureau because by the look of the reviews, they are scamming a ton of people.

Response time was fast and communication was great. The technician showed up within the set timeframe, he even texted to tell me the exact time he would be there. The problem was identified quickly and he started right away. They had me up and running right away. I would definitely recommend MDTECH for repair needs!

After HD delivered and would not install a microwave they delivered at 2 pm, we quickly started searching for someone who could install the unit the same evening as we desperately needed it. So we put out a search on Yelp. While a number of local installers responded, only MD Tech could find a way to make it happen the same day. They were professional, efficient, neet, and knowledgeable. MY HOUSE COULD HAVE BURNED DOWN LAST NIGHT BECAUSE OF MD TECH!!! As I said in my previous message, I had called someone else and they removed the water source going into the dryer and went under the house to check for leaks in the ducting because of Pavel's misdiagnoses. But that obviously didn't resolve whatever Serge broke on my dryer!!! Last night (1/15), my daughter was drying a normal black load. She went to take it out and she smelled fire. She asked me to check it out and when I pulled it out, there was evidence of a fire inside the dryer. It melted her clothes and part of the dryer as well. I texted Pavel and sent him the pictures and he still says his technician did nothing and this is unrelated yet again, I had no problems with this dryer before!!!! Never!! And coincidentally I'm having all these issues? So now today I get to go buy a new stackable unit because Serge broke my dryer! I now want all my money back!!!$375!!! I can't believe this company won't take any responsibility for almost BURNING DOWN MY HOUSE!! Their 90 day warranty means nothing!!!
