Our microwave oven needed repair so I called Robert who had also previously fixed our back-up refrigerator a few months back. Robert and his crew were great as they removed our microwave oven, repaired it in the quoted 2 weeks and reinstalled it with no issues or damage. When his crew finished the install/repair, they also installed a new part for my freezer at no charge. I had intended to pay for that but Robert said it was no charge. Great service and very professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair. Thank you.

They were very communicative on the front end, and were able to come within 24 hours of putting in the request which was much appreciated. They were also able to fix the problem (an older dryer stopped working, they diagnosed and fixed it pretty quickly - they even had the part on hand needed). The total cost was $220, which I can't really speak to as whether or not that's a good price or if I was ripped off at all, however I was happy to pay it because that's still way cheaper than a new dryer (not to mention dealing with the hassle of disposing of the old dryer, getting a new or even ""new"" used dryer installed, etc...).

The reason they're getting four stars is that the appointment time was set for a specific time (4:30 pm) and did NOT indicate a range. However, when 5:15 rolled around and they still weren't at my house, I called them and they said it was a range from 4:30-6:00, and even so didn't show up until closer to 6:15. They could have done a MUCH better job with the communication on the back end.

These guys were incredible. After home depot dropped off my washer dryer unit and could not perform the installation, I DM through yelp on a Sunday and the owner got right back to me, they were out the very next day and completed the installation. This job was EXTREMELY challenging and they got it done and honored their estimated price. I would highly recommend them for any appliance need. They are the best, and their price was great!

Our freezer stopped working so I requested quotes from a few companies. MDTECH was the first to reply and also the most thorough and responsive. They came out right away on a Saturday and diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. By Tuesday morning they had the part and came out and made the repair. I would recommend them any time. They are a great company and very reasonable.

On Friday night, our above the range microwave started smelling like something was burning. Took off the cover and it started smoking. I messaged MDTech in Yelp, and he answered me back pretty quickly. He was able to set up a same day appt to install a new microwave wave. He showed up when he said he would, and was very courteous. He had my new microwave installed within an hour. Thank you Paul!

I needed my Costco Kitchenaid Dishwasher installed. The current appliance installer that Costco uses (Kepco) never showed up for the scheduled installation appointment. Costco suggested I find my own Third Party Installer; so I did. I am so glad I found MDTech Appliances! Paul (Pavel) was quick to respond to my call and was able to fit me in for same day installation! I don't even see him as a ""Third Party"" he is rated #1 on my charts for providing professional service, detailed communication, followed up with texts, phone calls, emails confirming his services and even notified me that they were able to come 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. Our technician Berik was Outstanding! His expertise and knowledge skills installing our dishwasher was first class. I would recommend MDTech Appliance Installation and Repair to my family and friends. I only wish Costco would have a company as MD Tech Appliance Installation and Repair to install all of their appliances! It would have saved me a day of waiting with their current company that does not value excellent customer service as MDTech does. MDTech meets high standards in my book!
