Wow. Talk about service. Michael Shappell of MDS plumbing had my hot water heater replaced the next day! Not only was he the lowest of my 3 bids, but he also went beyond what was required and improved my existing hot water system by installing extra shut off valves and a badly needed expansion tank. He gave me a complete demonstration on how to set the temperature and even left me the tools to change it. Great job Mike. THANK YOU!
