After seeing clients charged excessively for inadequate work, my business partner and I decided to start this company. We believed we could do better, so we opened as Real Maintenance Services, offering a range of professional solutions at fair prices. Everyone deserves a home they can take pride in, and it should be affordable.

I expanded my knowledge in 1997 by entering the multi-housing market. I oversaw several properties and served as the maintenance director for a dozen of them. This experience reignited my passion for the industry. This passion prompted me to reopen under the name MDA Services.

I emphasize quality service above all else at MDA Services. My commitment extends to seniors, veterans, and frontline workers, including first responders. To these individuals, I express my gratitude. To show my appreciation, I give a discount to these valued individuals.

I realized that the essence of living well is not tied to your address, but to your lifestyle. This insight has influenced my business philosophy, focusing on service rather than profit. We all have our own slice of paradise. I believe it shouldn’t come at an exorbitant cost.
