My former partner and I launched this venture after witnessing clients overpaying for subpar services. We envisioned a better approach, leading us to create Real Maintenance Services, where we provide diverse professional offerings at accessible prices. Everyone deserves a home they can take pride in, and it should be affordable.

In 1997, I decided to enhance my skills by managing properties in the multi-housing arena. I oversaw several properties and served as the maintenance director for a dozen of them. This role rekindled my enthusiasm for my work. This passion prompted me to reopen under the name MDA Services.

At MDA Services, my primary focus is on delivering exceptional service. I especially cater to seniors, veterans, and frontline workers like first responders. I want to thank these remarkable individuals. To show my appreciation, I give a discount to these valued individuals.

I’ve come to understand that it’s not where you live, but how you live that matters. This understanding has guided my business model, emphasizing service over financial gain. Each of us has our little corner of heaven. I believe it shouldn’t come at an exorbitant cost.
