I had Mike replace two bathroom faucets and also clear my slow running drains as well. Mike arrived with 3 people and installed the faucets quickly and professionally. He had to replace the trap under my sink as well because it was cracked but he didn't even charge me for it.

He quoted me a very fair price without a typical 'inspection' fee as most other plumbers charged. Everything was flat rate. He left the place clean afterwards. I've zero issues in the weeks since.

Just want to write this quick review to say that Mike was great. We sent out a message in the morning and he replied within the hour. He came by at the time he said he would and checked out the problem and gave us a quote. I am a seasoned investor in the city for the past 30 years. I have experience dealing with many contractors. In this instance I am willing to leave some feedback as I feel is fair to do so.

I had a large project in Los Angeles where we own a small seven unit building, after soft-retrofit project, city also requested to rehabilitate the lateral sewage line from the property line to the middle of the street, it had to be done with a new liner for a small defect that was observed via camera near the middle of the street.

After calling three different plumbers and comparing approaches and prices to fix the problem, I opted to work with Mike and his assistant we deal over email and text as documentation and permits were required.

I was impressed that without charging first time Mike willingly came by to the property, used his camera, look at the problem and give me a fair price on the spot....he took care of all permits, made sure the inspection was passed. so he took care of the issue from start to tend.

I AM A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and I would recommend MIKE to anyone needing plumbing services.....MIKE IS an HONEST GUY.
