Said he would be able to take a look at my problem during the following day's afternoon but didn't stop by and also didn't call to let me know he wouldn't be able to stop by after all. I had to call him and then he told me to text him a picture which he never responded to. Not impressed.

I had an issue with drains in both bathrooms being clogged...I had a different plumber out yesterday who said the only way to fix the clogs was to hire a carpenter to cut a hole in our wall, and then they would have to come back to install something in the wall that would help get rid of the clog...my calculation was that was going to cost over $500, not to mention not being able to use the bathroom for awhile. I called MD last night, and they were here this morning....they fixed the clog in 15 minutes! Both sinks are working great; they were very professional, and very nice to deal with! I don't usually write reviews, but, these guys deserve it!

we have used md plumbing for over 10 years. they have provided major as well as minor services in a timely and very conscientious way. they are totally dedicated to the best service and explaining exactly what the customer is needing, all options available and costs that are realistic. they have been the top service providers to our house which as it ages has needed more of a variety of plumbing services. they are very focused on the relationship with the customer as well as the quality of the work!! all round great company to deal with.

Ok these guys just left my house. Very friendly no nonsense and gave me straight answers and straight forward advice. I didn't feel I was getting nickel and dimed like this other company who's name I won't mention here. This other company would manage to shake me down for some extra cash every time they come out. I didn't feel that way with these guys. MD Plumbing was great. Thanks Greg!

We've used MD plumbing a number of minor issues, ranging from repairing a frozen pipe, replacing a spigot, fixing a leaking toilet, routing a sewer drain and leak detection at a shower pan. They've been reliable and on time every time so far. The frozen pipe was an emergency, as it was a radiator heat line and we were losing heat fast.. risking further pipe freezes. They helped us out and didn't give us any sort of rush pricing hassle.

Bottom line, these guys are a good operation and I'll keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Literally as good as it gets. I called MD Plumbing during the most recent snowfall for a backed up drain in our laundry room. We must have gotten at least five inches, and MD was busy for sure. They made time for us (same-day!) and stopped by in the mid-afternoon to start. They have been here for well over 90 minutes and our issue is resolved. Here's why I mention the snowfall: After testing/recreating the problem (which, as an IT guy, I can really appreciate), they determined that they needed to get into the piping that opens up in my yard. That part of the yard has received at least an extra inch or two of snow from shoveling, but they just got to work out there. They took the time to answer my questions, show me exactly what they were doing and the tree roots that they dragged out of our plumbing from underneath our house. These guys are all business and just kept going wherever their troubleshooting lead them. They shoveled their way into the city sewer in my yard and hopped right in to get even deeper into the troubleshooting. Never a complaint about the snow, the cold or anything. They just wanted to solve our problem. Once we tested by running water from all faucets/showers/etc, they were on their way to the next job at 5:15pm on a Friday night. I am so impressed with Marc & Paul that we'll most definitely use them again for the recommended maintenance this spring or summer.

Have used Mark and his guys for multiple jobs (big and small) and very happy each time. They do not charge you just to charge you. They have earned my trust as they will try and help you fix your issue yourself before coming over. They also always attempt to squeeze you into the schedule to get to you same or next day. They are quick, clean, and respectful of your home. I can't really say enough good things about them except that I will continue to use them solely for any plumbing issues I have.
