I waited 6 years to install a tankless water heater. This was a big deal for us. Matt is so amazing, I'm taking the time to outline our experience!

History: My prior experience, with Bigo's Plumbing, was expensive and imperfect so I was nervous about trusting a new plumber.

Recommendation: My water heater started to leak last week. My neighbor recommended Matt Down of MD Plumbing & Rooter. And Matt was worth the wait. He came by the next day to give me an estimate, priced competitively and scheduled me within 48 hours. The tankless installation is perfect. It's centered nicely. It operates perfectly.

Legitimacy: MD is licensed, insured and provides a warranty for their work.

Extra mile: I wanted to order my own tankless. On the morning of the installation, Ferguson plumbing supply couldn't find my order at pickup. I called Matt. He patiently walked me through picking another, a better one with a built-in recirculation pump. The plumbing supply company also gave me the wrong recirculating valve. No problem. Matt understood. He came up the next day to install that extra piece once I picked it up.

Excellence: The next level customer service is outstanding. And Matt's so personable. A father, husband who runs his business with integrity is just what we need. I'm so grateful to Matt for helping us through this process.

Priced right: I lined up competitive estimates...3 plumbers back to back for pricing. Once Matt came in, with his knowledge, expertise and great energy, I felt I was making a safe choice for my family.

Matt and his team are the absolute best! He is incredibly responsive and skilled, fixing a bathroom leak for good that other plumbers hadn't adequately fixed in the past, and helped me save money in the process. We highly recommend MD Plumbing! We have had several plumbers over the years come out for the same issue and sure enough, the tub issue would resurface again and again. Matt was easy to work with, got us scheduled quickly, great communication, and provided a detailed evaluation helping us understand why the issue kept occurring. Matt and his team fixed the problem with our tub and it's never worked better. The cost was also much lower than we expected which was a welcomed surprise. We have plans to repipe our whole house next year and MD Plumbing will be coming back for that. Thankful to have finally found an honest company with quality work that we can trust.

I've used MD Plumbing a number of times for things like basic water heater treatment and big projects like installing a whole drainage system for rain water. Matt was super quick, friendly and efficient! We had water coming from the shower and overflowing our bathroom...and the toilets were backed up. Yuck! A very good experience and we will definitely recommend him and his team.

Matt and his crew assembled a new water heater at our units. The next day I noticed that I did not have any hot water. He was super responsive and made sure he got there the same day to fix the issue. He even followed up that evening to make sure everything was working fine. I like my water super hot so I reached out to him once more to see if he could raise the temp. Not only was he happy to do so, he was there that same day! MD Plumbing is FANTASTIC! The drain on our kitchen sink was clogged and Matt was able fix the problem ASAP. He came out to the house late in the evening (7:30 pm), he was thorough in assessing the issue, he quoted me a price upfront, and he had the work done within one hour.
