Mike came exactly when he said he would. I was having issues with sustained hot water/ water pressure. Mike explained exactly what he thought the problem was, how he would go about fixing it, and recommended a few other ways to improve the efficiency of our heater/burner (instead of just saying I ""needed it"" and charging me accordingly). I highly recommend MD plumbing and definitely will be call back to get his recommendations.

Called twice on Wednesday morning when my heater stopped working and the kids were home from school and never received a call back and it is now Saturday morning. Luckily I found another local guy who was at my house within 2 hours and heat was up and running that night. Even if you couldn't get to me that do the professional thing to do would be call back.

I installed a new toilet upstairs and the pipe started leaking. Apparently the pipe below it was a ""lead bend"". It had cracked on the top. It went into some impossibly complicated junction with the kitchen sink up in the ceiling downstairs. If I had screwed this up I would have been in a world of hurt. So I called a professional. Mike was very fast at fixing it, it would have taken me many trips to supply stores while he fashioned a fix with items on his truck. Fair rates too. Would recommend and use again.

I called MD Plumbing to fix my electric water heater. Mike was amazing in diagnosing a number of issues and efficiently resolving them. The hot water heater was only a year old but was incorrectly installed from a previous Handy Man repair as the heater never provided adequate hot water. I highly recommend Mike from MD plumbing and heating. I needed my tankless water heater replaced. He busted his butt all day until I had hot water. Very professional, honest prices I highly recommend him. I would also suggest if you don't already have a tankless Hot water heater you look into it nothing like endless hot showers no matter how many people in the family While saving money since they are energy efficient :)

Mike was honest, professional, and fairly priced. I sent him a message via Yelp to describe my boiler issue. He promptly called me to further discuss and confirm my address. 45 minutes later he was at my front door. It couldn't have been more than 2 hours from the time I sent him the message to the the time the job was completed. The short turnaround was just a bonus. Even if I had waited half the day, his work was so neat and efficient that it would have been well worth it. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing and heating needs.
