Cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. Would highly recommend them to others. They worked continuously while at our home and were very friendly and knowledgeable--never had cause to doubt that they knew exactly what they were doing--the three of them, Brandon, Brandon, and Justice. This was our best experience with home contractors--showed up on time on date promised and worked diligently until service completed. Would highlyrecommend them to our family, friends, or anyone having problems with their home systems.

Not worth one star. They are true scammers. I spent $855. For a service call on my 5 year old Daikin system because my thermostat was sending an error code. It cost over $400 for a warranted part to be replaced. The error code persists. It was recommended that my warranted unit be replaced. I spoke with Daikin directly and was told they are NOT a dealer. Nacogdoches Sheet Metal is now McWilliams.

Asked for help with little water leak in bathroom. By time they were finished (after 450 charge) I had an issue with shower and bath faucet running at same time. They wanted to charge 400 more for an issue THEY created. Do not put yourself through what I had to go through dealing with them!

They prey on your desperation. We unfortunately fell for the pressure from one of the managers. Was quoted 21k for a 5 ton 16 seer unit with all the bells and whistles. Yes. Out of desperation went for it. Then a few days after installation was at dinner with a friend who told me they were doing a quote for her and had quoted her 14k for a smaller unit. She wasn't as desperate so she was able to let them leave her house. A few days later they called her to offer her the same deal for only 8k. Lesson learned for us. We should have let them leave our house and shopped around. Maybe we would have gotten a better deal.

But here is what $21k does get you-
A new door for the unit closet.. nope. They originally told us they were installing a new door but changed their mind on that and used the old one.
They made a huge mess of the closet when they placed the new unit. They did not insulate the space so now hot, smelly attic air flows into the house and makes the house smell like old moldy attic. Awesome! Oh and they placed the thermostat right next to the closet that the air flows from.. My unit never shuts off because it's trying to cool the attic.
They reused my old ductwork. Seems like that would have saved me money. But I guess not. I had to ask them to come back out and clean those ducts because once the new unit was installed it blew old moldy dirt and dust right into the house. You would think as a courtesy to the customer who just spent 21k on a 10k unit that would be something they would include. But once I asked for it they happily returned to complete the service.

New vents- NOPE. I still have to come up with the money to replace them. They did go through and measure them for me and gave me a list of them to pick up and replace them. Oh and I also have to seal them too because when the warm air meets the cold air there will be condensation that will drip on everything underneath it. You would think $21k would get you new vents as well.

They didn't finish hooking up the gas part and my husband had to finish for them. Then we had to wait another week for them to come back out and finish installing another component.

I asked for an itemized invoice to see what 21k does get me. And it does not get you a military discount like we asked for. It does not get you $3800 in rebates like they promise. But it does get you $10k in labor costs!

Technicians are great.
Office staff is great.
Managers are liars. Beware.
Unfortunately we are stuck with them for the next ten years for service parts and warranty.

Don't be like us. Shop around. Get a good unit from somewhere they don't prey on customers desperation. It was 100% our responsibility to shop around. M&S was upfront and honest with us from the beginning when they explained that they weren't the least expensive in town.
