We had trouble with our hot water leaking and the handle would not fully shut off on our Jacuzzi Tub. We contacted Matt and he came over the very next day to look. Come to find out the tub, being 14 years old, had 3 generations of cartridge updates in so many years. Matt figured out what cartridges to order and ordered another handle from Moen at no cost to us. He was very patient, through and such a nice guy with which to work. If we need plumbing work again, we will contact MCR Plumbing.

I called at 7:15pm today. I was looking for emergency plumbing service, and as MCR was listed as 24hour online, thought it was a possible option. The first red flag was when I called it was not the owner who answered but his young daughter, which made me believe that the wrong number was listed. It wasn't, I then held while she went to grab her father. Although a little off putting, that normally wouldn't be a huge concern. What WAS a concern was the rude attire of the guy who then took the phone. He immediately had a rude voice tone, put me down for calling ""almost 8pm on a Sunday"" asked ""are you sure it can't wait"" and then proceeded to tell me if ""I HAVE to come out it will start at $200 at least"" so he would suggest ""that it waits for another day."" I'm not sure how he expects to obtain business with that attitude, but I'll be looking elsewhere now and I'm the future. I'll also be suggesting to others to do the same. I ended up calling roto rooters, another 24hour plumbing service not even ten minutes later, and they were WONDERFUL.

Looks at the situation at hand and will advise you, the best way to handle it. If it doesn't need fixed he will tell you. He is very trustworthy and honest, and will always treat you with respect. He has always shown up as promised, calls ahead to tell you when he can be expected. I think he has done great work, for me and my clients. He cleans up after himself, never leaves a mess.
