So I have a home warranty with a $125 service charge per claim. The warranty Co sent this co out to check my water heater that wasn't working. It is over 10 yrs old so they said it had to be replaced. Great so with my warranty, I should ONLY have to pay the service fee. Then i get a call from the provider that they won't replace it unless I pay THEM an additional $650 for parts I supposedly needed! I asked if those new parts I needed caused my heater to malfunction and was told no. I don't know HOW my old water worked for 10 years without these $650 worth of parts I'm now being told I need to pay for cuz the warranty doesn't cover them. I asked for a list of parts and prices so I could see what exactly these parts are and WHY they are sooooo expensive, almost as expensive as the water heater itself!!! I got the list, went to home depot and bought ALL the parts for LESS than $100!!! I asked the provider HOW can he mark up the parts soooo high and that it is akin to robbery!!! His response was that the warranty company doesn't pay them enough so they make their money from the customer!!! OMG!!! I am a single woman, a senior citizen on permanent disability which is why I purchased a home warranty in the 1st place. This was DISGUSTING!! He refused to use all the parts I bought so I refused to use them! I called the warranty company and told them and they didn't care and said my only other choice was to cash out our pay them the $650. I refused to be ridiculously overcharged by an unscrupulous provider so I took the $669 the warranty Co gave me even though the cost of the replacement water heater was $860 and I still had to pay someone to install it. I rathered do that than feed into being taking advantage of and ripped off!! American Home Shield warranty is horrible and the contractors they use are not the most honest people around.

You could tell when someone knows their craft. Before being referred to the McPherson Plumbing geniuses, I dealt with a plumber who was giving me the runaround about my leaking faucet, he tightened a screw and said, ""there, problem fixed"". The truth is, the problem wasn't fixed, and when I opened my cold and hot water lines, the leak that was ""fixed"" continued. You could easily tell the plumber was annoyed and didn't want to be there to deal with my faucet because my homeowners insurance didn't cover a new unit. I reached out to McPherson Plumbing, who immediately solved the leaking and got me moving forward with my non-leaking faucet. This isn't a Band-Aid solution, they permanently eradicated the problem, while carrying out a positive attitude of grace and composure.

I'm a forever fan.

Our plumbers for life! They were recommended by a neighbor, who was so effusive about their service we thought she must be related or something. Now we know why they came so highly recommended. Total professionals all the way. We had a water leak in our house. Michael happened to have a call in the area, and showed up promptly the day we called to assess the problem. He came back the next day with Chris and the leak detection equipment, and they both promptly dealt with the problem. The service fee was so reasonable that my wife was arguing that they should charge more. These guys are the real deal.

Mike was quick to return my call and got us on the install schedule within days. His technician was considerate and didn't leave a mess. The job was clean & neat. I will only call them for any future plumbing needs.

6/16/2021 UPDATE: Still awesome! Had several dripping fixtures, Mike came out and assessed, Jeremy came out and fixed. The kitchen fixture couldn't be repaired, homebuyer's warranty would only replace with builder grade, they saw we had a Delta faucet, Mike went the extra mile and called Delta knowing we would have a lifetime warranty. Delta is now sending us a replacement and Jeremy will be back out to replace the old one. Thanks Mike and Jeremy for going the extra mile! You guys are AWESOME!

Had a plumbing issue at a rental home in Hemet. Chris came out and assessed the situation and let me know what he recommended. He finished the job quickly. Chris also wore a mask, which comforted my elderly tenant. She also gave him a big thumbs up. These guys were assigned to me by my insurance, but I will gladly use their services again and I'm happy to recommend them. It's always good to have an honest, reliable plumbing service available.
