I have been a Tuttle customer for 6+ years (as an aside, they were acquired by McNulty and Bedard sometime in the recent past). Not only are they great at regular maintenance of our heating and central air system, but on numerous occasions they have also come to the rescue the same day we called. Whether it was to prime the oil burner after hours on snowy days (after we let the oil run out, unfortunately more than once) or getting the oil-fired hot water tank up and running again due to bad valves, they are dependable, knowledgeable and budget friendly. I am very happy with Tuttle/Bedard and recommend them highly.

The first issue is the company uses an answering service and they only take messages and route them to whoever is in the back office. You have to wait for someone to call back to respond to your request. I called 3 times over a 2 day period and left messages with the answering service. After a week and a half no one called me back. I called them again and only after complaining to the answering service did I receive a call back. This company is supposed to service HVAC systems and during the winter when one has an issue (i.e. no heat) you would think that this company would respond. I was trying to throw money their way fix my heating issue and they are apparently too busy. I don't recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
