Received a tune-up on furnace. Sean pointed out some future issues but made no hard sales pitch. Also no mention of membership or anything pushing of products. I asked questions and he was straight forward and responsive. Plan on using again in future.

McNeely & Son is truly a fantastic service. Last year on a holiday, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Being an individual with no skills or knowledge in this line of work, I dialed multiple companies freaking out and they said, ""we don't do work on holidays"" or our holiday rate is 4x. I then found McNeely and Son. The gentleman who runs the organization picked up immediately, was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being there, and fixed my AC efficiently. He even took the time to check and make sure there wasn't any residual moisture in my duct work from condensation build up. As far as I'm concerned, they have my business for life. I will be putting in a general maintenance request in the next few weeks to check on my furnace.
