Never showed up. I was told that they would be at my house between 11am-1pm. I called at 2:30pm and asked if they were coming or not. Was told that they were in another job. I called again around 3:30lm to cancel the appointment. They were not going to show anyway. Waiting all day is ridiculous, especially when they gave a time frame. Communication is lacking from this business and professionalism. I was not pleased with the lack of communication and effort on this company.

Richard arrived promptly and was extremely professional. Listened to my description of what the problem seemed to be and then immediately pinned down where to begin. Solved the problem in short order at a very reasonable price. Could not recommend them more!
