I reached out to Bill via Yelp on a Saturday and received a prompt response! He was able to come out the upcoming Monday to take a look at my leaking water heater. After a look over, he talked me through the many water heater options and we both agreed that one identical to what we previously had would be best. To my surprise, he was willing to help me out of my tough spot by doing the install same day and at a fair price. Bill and his son were able to do the install quick and professionally. The new water heater looks great and works like a charm. I'll definitely be keeping their card on hand for my next plumbing need!

I had a busted main water line. The utility company came and shut off the water so I was stuck without water until I had someone come fix it. I sent a request to McMullin and he replied very quick. Just from what I explained he quoted me $450 over the phone, unless of course they came out and there was more issues.
He told me his guys were finishing up a job and he could have them here in an hour before they headed to another job. They came out and fixed the pipe and I paid what I was quoted.
I was very happy with the honesty and how he fit me in the schedule. I have already saved them in my phone and if I have any other issue I know who to call. Thank you guys!

Bill has done great work for my wife and I. We had to have a new sewer line dug out for our place and McMullin Plumbing did it fast and very reasonable! I'm always in favor of doing business locally and he's a Memphis native. No big business mumbo jumbo. Highly recommended.
