Our sewer backed up into our basement during the COVID-19 crisis and McMullen's came right out. We called them around 2pm and they were at our door by 2:30pm. They were respectful and did what they needed to do to get the job done while maintaining proper safety protocol. They handled the blockage quickly and offered sound advice and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

If you think a good plumber is expensive, try a bad one. Fortunately for us we have been blessed to have a great plumber that is not expensive.

These guys are super busy however, still manage to respond and get the job done right the first time.

I am so happy with the service I got. mr McMullen and his team were very courteous and patient with me. More importantly, the fixed my drain that 2 other plumbers couldn't. In fact a big name company suggested that my pipe had to be dug up to the tune of thousands of dollars. Luckily, I called Mc Mullen's and with their hard work my drain is working again and my savings did not have to go down the drain (pun intended) .

We had this company come out and do an emergency job fixing a broken sewer pipe in our front yard in November 2014. They ended up having to rip up our entire front lawn to find the correct pipe to replace (even though it was marked out) they also had to pull up our sidewalk to make the repairs. They left our front lawn a complete disaster, it looked like a mud pit for the whole fall, winter and now spring. The sidewalk was also poured improperly causing it to sink in and not be level with the other existing sidewalk. We have been contacting the company since late February to set up a date for the sidewalk to be replaced and grass seed to be laid. We were finally able to nail down an appointment today (4/15/15) and the contractor told us that ""oh sorry, my concrete guy can't be here today"" and ""if the job was paid in full, I'd be able to do more"" (paid in full for what? the job wasn't done right!). He also told us that if the concrete was tamped properly the first time, this wouldn't have happened; why is this OUR problem?! He told us that we need to relax and it would be taken care of. We have been waiting since NOVEMBER for the repairs to be done, I understand nothing can be done with concrete and grass seed in the winter, but now that the weather has been nice, we need to be first priority. This is bad business & I will not be recommending him to ANYONE!
