I didn't know that Abilene Plumbing and Heating had switched ownership to McMillon. That was my first mistake! We told them we wanted to have a tankless hot water heater installed. We were told that the location made it impossible and that instead a wonderful top of the line heater would be installed and we would have plenty of hot water! It took all day long, they made a mess, didn't wear booties over their shoes and then asked to use our bathroom. That night I had dark brown water in my bath, so I had to drain the tub and start over. NO hot water. I decided to check to see what kind of Hot water heater they installed as I had been out of town and had turned it all over. The sticker labels were towards the back, but I used my phone camera to check and they had installed a Over FOUR YEAR OLD HOT WATER HEATER!! They were also charging us 1200. For this piece of junk. We called Black Plumbing and they installed, with booties on! A wonderful TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER. And came in under their bid! BEWARE!!! Do not be fooled!!

I had a gas leak at my house I called McMillan Plumbing out to fix it Monday they sent a man out to look at it he said it was an intense job and he would be back either Thursday afternoon or Friday to fix it Wednesday the melon called and said they would not be able to do this job because they are too busy I talked to mr. McMillan and he flat-out lied to me and said they would not be able to do this job at all it is my opinion that you do not want to do business with these people they cannot be trusted
