Best customer service! Our whole family uses this company and we won't trust anyone else. I'm currently pregnant and of course the air goes out on one of the hottest days. They were able to send someone in a timely manner and fixed the problem in no time. This preggosaures rex is very grateful!

Chad Delk was our plumber that fixed our shower drain with in 30 minutes. Our previous plumber told us that we had a collapsed pipe and they were going to have to brake out our shower floor in order to fix the problem. But Chad took his time and used two different machines and fixed our problem. Our previous plumber told us it was going to cost $5000.00 to fix the problem. I'm so thankful that was not the case. McLay is going to be our plumber from here on. They are honest and clean and do great work!

Good Honest Company!!! I am a new home owner in a Pre-Fab home. Not the easiest of jobs. Then I have to make a claim with the warranty company and it is the week of Christmas. Tava (Owner) called in response to my FB request, while explaining the problem Archie (Owner) got on the phone and assured me that could handle the problem. My Service Tech Mike was on time and went above and beyond to quickly access the problem, speak to home warranty and perform my repairs all in one single visit!!!!

Don't call ANYONE Else...these guys are honest and get the job done.

I had a leak in my water pipe in my garage. I called Mclay and they came out within an hour and a half and cut the bad pipe out and replaced it with a new one. Great service and the charge was only $175 for everything.

Classy people, always come on time, fair pricing and quality and clean work. Always clean up after the job is successfully completed.

I had a few issues with the receptionist not calling me back for a consultation at first, but when Archie (the owner) found out what was happening he called immediately to apologize and make things right. He came to my house within twenty minutes of the phone call to give me a quote on different a/c options for my manufactured home. Archie was very thorough in his evaluation of my home and with his explanations of what would be needed and why. I am looking forward to working with him.

Reading the review by Donna H. submitted yesterday, I had the same great experience with Mike today. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the AC not cooling properly. He promptly got the repair part, installed it, and fully serviced the unit, all at a cost that, I think, was quite reasonable. He is one of McLay's newer technicians. Archie made a good hire with this young man.
