If I could give them a zero I would. I am a single woman with a young son. I explained the problem with my plumbing right away. Only half of the house was NOT draining. They came in the house, hopped on the roof and snaked """"all the way to the city sewer."""" They did no diagnosis. Never looked at the functioning toilet, shower, laundry room, etc. They said that it would be the city's fault if it backed up again and even wrote that I should call them in regard to that bill or the city if and when it happened again. (With them knowing that it would because they didn't fix it) I wanted an answer not a temp fix. I called them this morning only a few weeks after they came out. They tried to tell me I just needed to pay them $260 on a monthly basis to snake my drain. They said it was only a 20% chance it was a city issue and 80% my pipes. (When in all actuality there was a ZERO percent chance it was city because half of the house was still working fine) C'mon! Why would you have even suggested it would be completely their fault in the first place and then go back on that? They tried to tell me that I would need to replace the whole thing and it would be 7 or 8k. (Even though most of my house was fully functioning) The proper thing for someone to do when they don't actually fix an issue is to try and resolve it. All other plumbers told me they should have come out to snake it a second time also to at least clear the passageway. They refused saying that, my backed up drain isn't their problem. Actually Sherlock, that is what I paid you for- to clear the backup not snake it and walk away with hundreds of my dollars! They knew it was a temp fix, I wouldn't send my WORST ENEMY to these people.

Hans worked on a leak in my home five years ago.I just had a problem with a sink installed by a handyman. We had a bad egg smell coming from the sink.hans pinpointed it as a pipe that the handyman broke in the wall.hans located the break and went about fixing the break. He had to go through the outside wall. He completed the job fast and professionally with a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to everyone that's why I gave them five stars.

I believe in supporting local businesses but every Titusville Plumber I called was booked until next week and I couldn't wait. Beware, the guy advertising in Brevard county and responding to (321) 458-7878 is a crook and an impostor. The license number doesn't belong to him. He takes the money but does not do the job. There are complains about him with the police and the DBPR
