McKinley plumbers did an excellent and fast job in repairing my toilet. They are very honest and do not try to sell you anything you do not need. Receptionist is friendly and got me on the schedule very quickly.

My mother-in-law called on Saturday because she had a leak, and McKinley said they would come out on Monday. So when my mother-in-law called on Monday to ask what time, the lady was rude to her and said we don't have time to come out today. And then she said, "Oh yeah I see it right here there's a message for us to call you. (and in a terse and unfriendly tone) Well sorry, but we're not going to have time to come out today." Well...why did you say you on Saturday that you guys would be able to come on Monday and call to schedule appointment. And then your secretary lady thought it was okay to be rude to my mother-in-law. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Unacceptable. We have lived here 14 years and we will make sure not to use you guys in the future. I would suggest hiring a more professional and courteous person to answer your phones and schedule appointments.

Will is a master plumber with 20 years of experience. He arrived with an apprentice plumber.

Both were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy.

I was given a speedy diagnosis of the issue and different economic options on how best to resolve it.

I needed this fixed immediately and they did so - Very efficient. Fast, friendly, serious, and done right. Definitely recommend asking for Will!

McKinley Plumbing serviced my home for the first time in January 2019 they installed a new hot water heater, installed a new part on my sprinkler system and they also installed a water softener in my home all on the same day at a very nice price. Well!!! less than 6 months, my sprinkler system and my water softener leaked for several months I had no idea because my sprinkler system is covered up with a insulated bag to prevent it from freezing up in the winter. Come to find out the water leaked because the pipes were not sealed properly. I called McKinley Plumbing and informed them of what happened. They came out the very next day, fixed both leaks and did not charge me a dime. I was so happy, and impressed They were very professional. I trust McKinley Plumbing service , they stand behind their work. I will use them for all of my plumbing services. Other companies would charge you a small service fee, they did not charge me anything...... If you want a company you can trust , you need to call McKinley Plumbing Services. They are the best!! I promise you will not be disappointed

I installed a tankless system this year. Part of the plumbing was not to code as the pipe from the relief valve was not connected to the drain. Furthermore when I informed this to Kevin's admin I didn't receive a response. Additionally they installed a hot water bypass valve which didn't have an spring and caused issues with the heating. I spent $500 to change the valve and re-do the plumbing.

Had a gas leak near my pool heater and I called McKinley Plumbing to come out and take a look at it. The tech spent 3 minutes and said it would be between $1200 and $1500 to replace the entire underground gas line to the heater. Got a call from them with an estimate of $1200. Are you kidding me??

Spoke to another plumber (Buxton Plumbing) and he came out and fixed the leak for $425!

Not recommended. Wasted our time, spent money unnecessarily because plumbers did not communicate well. Very poor customer service when trying to relay information over the phone with receptionist.

I had been having issues with the hot water heater. Finally this morning I woke and checked it again. This time it had a very bad leak from the gas control box. Asked for referrals on the neighborhood FB page and 2 people recommended McKinley Plumbing Services. Called them and they came out same day. Plumbers were nice and professional. They replaced the faulty part with a better replacement part and left. I inspected the work and attic after they left and it appears to be cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They are definitely our plumber of choice now.

This is the best plumbing service I have ever had dealings with in over 60 years ! Very professional, clean? knowledgeable and pricing is great! Will is the tech that was dispatched to my home and he was on time and actually early? I can't tell you how impressed I was with him. I was also very pleased with the Lady at their office who took my call and put everything in motion to take care of the situation! They are certainly deserving of the highest possible ratings and I strongly recomend them!

Horrible workmanship. Horrible attitude when the tech was asked questions about the installation. Tech was unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
