I have had excellent service by Mckeown Plumbing. I have used them for approximately 20 years. My house is "" old Laguna "" and very difficult to work on. These guys are the very best at fixing problems. They just put in a new pipe to the sewer line. They did it rapidly and efficiently. McKeown even had a cement man to match perfectly the color and texture of the driveway. I have prior to Mckeown had other plumbers who overcharged and did shabby work. McKeown always leaves where they work tidy. They are excellent. The guys are also personable and well mannered.

Charged me $155 to tell me my kitchen sink soap dispenser plastic bottle (worth $3) was cracked. Diagnosis of the problem took 2 minutes. Would not go down on price. Would not agree to come back later as part of that price to install new bottle. I deleted them from my contacts. Fool me once...
American Plumbing told me they would go down to half their service call price in this situation. Plus their service calls are $30 less to begin with. Next time they will get my business!

I have used McKeown Plumbing for 8 years and they have done several jobs for me with the utmost professionalism and on time service. I just had a slab leak last month, and after 1 week of Service Master cleaning up the water damage, McKeown came out and did a full reroute of the cold water line. They completed the work faster and 20% under the estimate the insurance company gave me. I have had a great experience with them not just once, or twice, or three times but at least 6 or 7 times over the last 8 years. Very happy, 6 Stars !! They are local, they have been here for decades, and they are the ones I will always use.

Had a few plumbing issues at my house last month, in the kitchen and bathroom. McKeown was super responsive. Kimberly who answered the phone was super kind and worked around my schedule to send someone out. Patrick was the technician who came out, he was awesome, fixed the 3 issues same day. Jon does a great job at following up and making sure the job gets done.

Plumbing is never a place where you want to spend money. I always feel like I am getting a fair price and the right scope when I deal with McKeown. Other plumbers pushed me to do work that I did not feel was necessary. McKeown solved the problem at a fraction of the cost.

I was out of the country when I was told that my hot water heater was leaking. I called McKeown Plumbing and they were right on it and took care of everything. The bill was more then fair and they did a nice job cleaning up. Patrick is a cool guy to work with, took my stress away so that I could carry on with my vacation. Thank you McKeown Plumbing!

Do yourself a favor ask for an estimate or choose another plumber those guys work by the hour and they take their time believe me they are not honest workers, my original plumber gave me an estimate of 3 hours he was here for 7 hours and on top of that did not do the work that I ask for, the owner also lied over the phone about the installation. So BIG NO I do not recommend McKeown Plumbing

This company is TERRIBLE!!! I asked them to come run a water line from the kitchen sink to the other side of the kitchen for our new Keurig which is only about 10ft (it is a small apartment in Laguna Beach). The Keurig needed a part to it which they offered to order for us, we paid them almost $300 and have been waiting for them to come back with the part they ordered. It is has been almost 3 weeks and I've called and text them several times trying to see when the part is coming in and when they would be back to finish the work they started that we already paid for. Within the 3 weeks, they answered ONE time saying the part should be arriving this week and they will be here to install it. It's been a week since, I've placed numerous follow up calls but no has answered. Over the course of 3 weeks, I've tried to reach out to this company and no one answers their phone, no one returns calls, and they have charged us the $300 for unfinished work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
