We had a complex plumbing issue with one of our showers. Before the plumber actually came out we went back and forth via emails making sure the issue was well understood and the correct fixture numbers were figured out. If we hadn't done that I'm positive it would have taken more than one trip.
The plumber arrived yesterday and after some discussion, and my obtaining schematics of the unit he fixed it on one trip. We are really happy. Of course we highly recommend McKeown Plumbing!!!

????????????At home there is two bathroom with two flushing cisterns, and one water valve needs to be changed as a whole. One is the switch needs adjustment. The inside of a shower separator has come off and needs to be replaced with a plastic pole. (I opened it myself) A friend introduced this vendor, and some of our properties down the hill were done by this vendor, and the price was moderate. But the service to my home was unacceptable. Three simple repairs, without quote and we did not agree to, directly charge 800 cash. There are three children and a wife who does not speak English. We complain, their manager said that the fee is reasonable, then told us to go online to see whether it is reasonable.

They came out on a Tuesday to fix a slow draining bathtub and a slow draining sink in 2 different units. They recommended invasive work for both (cutting hole in the ceiling, repiping for the other) and told me the office would call me with an estimate. They left with the sink and tub still not draining. By Friday the office still had not called me with an estimate. Charge for their non fix and non communication over $350. I called another plumber who came out and and fixed both issues with no invasive work. Just snaking the drain. McKeown Plumbing used to be my go to favorite plumber. Not any more.

Really bad end to end experience on trying to fix a master bath shower. I would not recommend using this company. Charged over $400 in labor and left the shower in worse shape than prior. Then went back and forth for months waiting on parts only to come back and say there was nothing else they could do. Shower not working and plumbing company says nothing they can do after they put your shower in a worse condition? Terrible handling by a service company.
