We came home from dinner on Friday night to find water coming out of our garage - not good. When I called McKeown Plumbing Saturday morning they arranged appointments so they could get the team of JP and Ricardo out to see it, and were at the house in less than an hour. Their service was efficient and the guys took great care with our floors and work area. Within 3 hours they had found the leak and made a temporary fix so we could live as usual until a Monday morning full solution. I highly recommend McKeown Plumbing!

After the plumbing company that re-piped my house in 2011, weaseled out of their so called ""warranty,"" I decided that I would rather pay somebody else to repair their shoddy work. To the rescue, McKeown Plumbing! First, they were receptive to my need for a quick fix. Other places I called were rather disinterested, (no call backs), or wanted to charge a $89 service call fee. The receptionist at McKeown's was cordial, professional, & actually listened to my situation. They scheduled a tech the next morning, who showed up at exactly the appointed time. All free of charge.

Angelo drove up in a company van, emblazoned with their logo, he evaluated my situation, offered a reasonable estimate to locate. Found the issue, again reasonable cost to fix it. After the first attempt, it was discovered the there was an additional leak just above the first. No problem, Angelo patiently affected the more elaborate repair without increasing the price. When all work was completed, he cleaned up the area. The final cost was slightly less than his repair estimate, Thank you!

I will be using them in the future, they provided 100% customer satisfaction. No BS sales pressure. Honest advice on ways to remedy issues. e-mailed a comprehensive receipt for services. For a small independent outfit, they outperformed the bigger corporate ""weasels."" Save yourself the headaches, give them your business. Highly recommended
