Very professional in setting up a last minute appointment and the visit was painless. He knew exactly what he needed to do and needed little guidance from me (I was on calls and couldn't help much). Installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a couple faulty shutoff valves and even worked with my management company to get access to the shutoff valves for the building. I've found my go-to plumber.

I hired Mike to do the plumbing for my lawn sprinkler system (installation of backflow preventer and water meters). He quickly responded to questions during my planning stage, and was very accommodating when I decided to expand the original project. We had called another plumber before Mike,the guy looked at the job[replacing the two faucets ] he said yes you can buy them at Lowes or Home Depot but I will have to pull the vanity off the wall to do this work.
Removing it ok but now we will have to caulk the seam where it was against the wall, repaint the area [white but 10 year old white will not match the new.
So we called Mike who showed up in a few hours suggested Symmons faucets as thy actually make them in Braintree and their service on parts is great if I ever need something.I picked up the set ,called Mike in the morning he came later that day installed the new faucets which look great.Thanks Mike our new plumber! 9-9-2020

I was impressed with the overall service. Mike was very accommodating and was able to solve our emergency water heater replacement the same day, even though it was a holiday. He had no issue allowing me to purchase the new heater online through Home Depot and he went and picked it up. Very good service and even cleaned up the mess from the original leaking water heater. Used a mask during each point of contact and limited times necessary in the main portion of the house. Will certainly use for future projects.
