Depends on what you want. I originally wanted to just pump my septic tank. Unfortunately that wasn't as easy a task as I thought. The people that installed the pool put electrical lines over the septic tank lids. The septic tank had settled and was at least 24 inches below the ground. We didn't find out until after they were finished digging and found the electrical wires so I needed to get someone out to move them before the tank could be pumped. In the process, I asked for those cylindrical risers that go from the lids of the tank up to where you want it to be. Not a big deal. I asked for a quote and was amazed when I was quoted a price of ""excavation of the septic tank"" so that it could be put on a cement riser"" as well as ""filling in the dirt and sweeping off the deck"". I never asked for excavation of the septic tank...I didn't want or need a cement riser or the work right outside my bedroom window, and I had people to refill the hole with the dirt and clean the deck. The price was outrageous. Got it done and didn't pay too much to do it.

I give them one star for the polite and helpful office personnel. I give them a fat zero for the man who came to pump the tanks. It was an emergency situation so I was given a quote higher than usual. I indicated I had never paid that much before, but since I had called the locals and learned they were all already out on jobs I had no choice. My 81 year old husband had just gotten home and was trying to lift the grates that cover the area above the tanks. I had shoveled the gravel off and my husband was trying to lift the grates that were embedded in the soil. The guy gets on his phone and calls the office and then handed the phone to me saying the office needs to talk to you. I was informed that because the lids were not open that I would be charged another $40 dollars which brought the cost up to $495. I had no choice but to accept it at that point. He finally helped my husband use the crow bar to lift the edge of the metal screen covers. There was 5 - 6 inches of soil covering the lids that he then helped uncover ONE of the lids, not the tank that holds the solid waste. He put his hose through the space between the tanks and pumped both of them, saying he may not have gotten all from the solid waste tank. Then he ask my husband for a high pressure water hose to rinse out the tanks. After he was done he got on the phone again and called his office, handed his phone to me again, and I was told that he had pumped 2000 gallons from a 1000 gallon septic! Again I would need to pay an additional amount that she said had reached $730! That was robbery and I am still angry, we are retired and definitely could not afford that. When they emailed my receipt, they offered to give me a quote to check my leach lines! I declined.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! They wanted the tanks dug up which is ok but because of that I had to rush home after my appointment to have them dug up in time for them to be here the next day. The following day I waited during their extremely long 4 hour window provided the day before for them to come and they never showed up. They called me 9 minutes before the window was over to apologize. I wasted my entire day on them! my time is valuable. Even then they did not provide me with a time of when they would be here the next day or prioritize us as the next job. They said they'd call me at 10am to tell me when they would come already wasting my morning today. I live in the country and it's at least an hour round trip to go anywhere so I can't do anything until appointments are over. I called at 930am today and she still had zero idea when they would be coming and I threatened to cancel. She promised to call me at 10am and she did to let me know they'd be here at around 12pm. Already 6 hours into my day their 'technician' shows up totally unprepared. The company never told me how close they had to get to the septic or that we needed to provide them anything. Their freight truck left enormous tire tracks in my yard that look terrible because they didn't bring long enough hoses for the one job they had. And finally he asked for a hose bib for I don't even know what. He didn't explain. The hose bib on my house leaks if not used on full pressure and we let him know and he cancelled the job. We didn't want him using that one and pouring water at our stucco causing water damage. We have many others on our property too but he didn't offer to use a different one in our lower yard probably didn't have enough hose for that either. What a joke. He also didn't offer to be careful and use the one near the house on full pressure. Horrible horrible service. Worst I've ever experienced.

Tony and Manny did a great job cleaning our tank and explaining some basics to me as a first time septic owner. They were on time and texted when en route as requested. Highly recommend. A thankless unpleasant job and these guys were very friendly, exceptionally courteous - a pleasure to work with.

came out to pump out our tanks. I'm from the city and knew nothing about septic systems. MC Jenna sent me a blurb because the tanks were filled with sewage. Since they had JUST pumped out the tanks, I had worries the tanks were not draining.
MC Jenna sent out 3 techs to checkout the leach lines, including a drawing of the sewer lines on our property.
After spending about an hour testing the drainage, they believed all was fine and they did not charge me.

AMAZING SERVICE! Great communication, and we're able to get a Spanish speaker for us. Called one day before and needed our septic drained ASAP, and they were able to do it early the next day. 100% recommend!

Quick shoutout review, but I was looking for a company to do inspections on my septic system which is required with the unit I have. I received a reply to let me know that they couldn't do the service, but maybe their sister company could. I called and ended up speaking to Laura, and unfortunately while the company couldn't do my service, she was more than willing to help me find someone who can and e-mailed me a list of approved companies. I fired the company that did my inspections due to a lack of customer service, and I only wished this company was able to do mine. They went out of their way to help me and provide me information even when they didn't have to. That was great of them and hope to deal with them sometime in the future.

Cheers!
