Called to get sink unplugged, which they did. Leaked a few days. Ask to check faucet for dripping. They checked and said it was ok. Faucet still dripped, but now I can't turn the faucet to the cold side. I texted 3 times and was told they would come and check it. They cashed my check, but have not returned to fix faucet.

This plumber must be avoided unless you have zero chance of having your problem covered by insurance. All we needed was a simple note to our insurance company to get our claim covered. Despite numerous requests including writing the note for him, so all he had to do was sign it. We could not even get the courtesy of a return call or email let alone any assistance. The plumbers total lack of response or help cost us thousands of dollars. The cost of his inaction was many times more than the bill. If we had it to do it again, we would call someone else to save a lot of money.

All I can say is these guys are amazing. Did a load of laundry today and noticed that the washer was draining and backing up into our guest bathroom's bathtub. Called about 4 different companies, one of which gave us a 900$ quote to break up the stoppage via hydro jet, before he actually attempted to snake the drain. Called a couple more companies that were all booked through the weekend, when we were referred to McKee. They were also busy but still willing to do a service call following the current job they were on. Jordan was our technician and he was extremely polite and professional. Our piping gave him some trouble but he was still able to clear the blockage. We are so grateful and extremely happy with his courtesy and professionalism, not to mention the unbelievably reasonable pricing. We will definitely keep them as our go to as well as referring everyone we know to them. Thank you again, guys. You are appreciated.

I was visiting my parents in Canyon Lake and their kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up. My mom called a few plumbers and McKee Plumbing was the only business that was able to come out within an hour on the same day. He was courteous and got right to work. He snaked the drain and all was fixed. He charged us a very competitive price. We were very pleased with his work and we highly recommend McKee Plumbing.

Thank you Mckee Plumbing. Will be using you again for the for kitchen sink, facet and piping . Need a separate water shut off valve for new refrigerator. Since old fridge leaked and had to shut off water in the entire house. Need a water shut off just for water.

Excellent service! Honest and reliable! Evan (owner) has done multiple jobs at my condo including kitchen faucet, 3 toilets, bathtub leak fix, sink repair and replacement, as well as checking my water heater (knocking noise), and replacing my shower head with a double shower fixture. It's an 11 year old house so things were going out, but he offered to fix rather than replace some items to save me some money. Everything came out great especially the shower and kitchen sink. He is fast to respond to calls, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. He had me wait on my water heater instead of trying to replace it which shows me that he cares about the customer. If you want an honest plumber that knows the ins and outs of everything plumbing call him! 5 stars plus!
